@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded from a sim only deal to a pay monthly account and there was an issue with my sim. I was then told via live chat, twice, that my sim card would be activated and then told it hadn't been processed when speaking to you on the phone.

@ThreeUK just been told by a CSA that to switch my 3 Pay as you go number over to my new pay monthy sim I need to first switch my current number over to o2 or EE then switch back to 3🤨Surely there is an easier way as both sims are on your network?

@ThreeUKSupport Home, yet like all service providers sell it as a good coverage, while I’ve said I live in a very rural area. Anything to gain a customer for a year on a cheap tariff but hike it up after that. I’d like to look into alternatives
