    Awful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport [2/3] My phone was faulty. It is very slow and takes ages to load anything. It keeps freezing up all the time. For that reasons, I'd like to hate it. Why is nobody listening here?!

    @ThreeUK in October you promised to cancel my contract without any termination charge as you didn’t have any coverage in my area. I confirmed this several times on the phone and you guaranteed that and said repeatedly you had put it in the notes on my file.
