    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, that worked thanks. It wouldn't be difficult on your web front end to display a user-friendly message rather than a system message? Something like: "It looks like you have not registered with My3 - please register". Would save you a lot of support calls?

    @ThreeUK any chance I can speak to someone who can actually help me over the phone? I was just on live chat and was instructed to take my sim out and reinsert it.. which I done as i didn’t respond for 2mins because I was taking my sim out they’ve ended the chat :/

    @ThreeUKSupport Finding a good route to customer services would help. I dialed 333 from my phone, followed all the options through and couldn't find a "general" option. Nearest I found was Sales, who then redirected me.

    @ThreeUKSupport If this goes through to the same customer service live chat there’s no point. I’ve spoken to them over 20 times and each time I hear a difference response. No one can actually help me or escalate this issue.
