    Awful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport A complaint has been raised. I don't expect anything to be done with it. A total waste of my time. Promises are made when contracts are taken out, only to find out later when it's too late nothing was done at all!!!

    Back in England where @ThreeUK 3G and 4G speeds are abysmal.. nay unusable - I wouldn’t recommend Three to my worst enemy until they do something to fix this issue 😩

    @ThreeUKSupport [2/3] My phone was faulty. It is very slow and takes ages to load anything. It keeps freezing up all the time. For that reasons, I'd like to hate it. Why is nobody listening here?!

    @RuthS_56 @ThreeUK Threes deal is £13 for the first six months and £26 a month after that so even at full price I’m now saving over a tenner a month on broadband alone. Virgin told me I wouldn’t get the speed but I’ve never yet had the speed they advertise anyway

    @ThreeUKSupport I've explained what happened. I cancelled an upgrade, so I didn't pick the phone that came with it like 3 told me, and cause the phone hasn't appear (not my fault) you applied the cancellation fee (WTF I CANCELLED it within a day) and want me to pay almost 600£. Outrageous.
