@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUKSupport They’ve told me there will be a resolution by Friday and to phone back again to see what the outcome is. They have also just tried telling me I need to go back to store for them to deal with it when the store told me there’s nothing they can do
