    @ThreeUKSupport Can't login to my account or reset my password. Your Live Chat says I need to send my passport, drivers license and birth certificate to you. This seems incorrect just to reset my account password! Can you please help?

    For the past 2 MONTHS I’ve been waiting for @ThreeUK to send me a new SIM card after my account & phone number had been fraudulently taken over. I’ve been in contact with them many times, each time they promise the SIM card’s on the way and will arrive the next day. Never does.

    I’ve lost time & valuable documents and data. I went weeks without a SIM card & am now waisting money using a Pay As You Go service which is much less cost efficient than a subscription. All because @ThreeUK can’t fulfill the most basic service they have on offer @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I pre-ordered the S21 on 20th Jan and it was due to arrive on 26th Jan. Three promised twice this week it would be arriving, first 29th and then 30th. Found out today that its not arriving and I need to cancel the whole order and then re-order it which would take few more days.

    @ThreeUK @threeuksupport Why do you make it so difficult to cancel any contract? Thought it was done in store but turns out it wasn’t so have been charged again. Now being told I have to wait another 30 days! Really not happy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Because a case had to be raised. I will be calling and cancelling contract tomorrow. Extremely poor service every time rang up. Long standing customer lost.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have filled out the customer complaints form twice now and it has been over 3 weeks!! I have also spoken to your customer representatives who have provided me with false email addresses.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank, this is at least quicker than the mail, even though my problem is NOT resolved. The new problem is that no matter when I try to open the chat (from this morning to now), there are no operators available!

    @dontthinkso2020 @ThreeUK Michelle. If helps, I had same issue and turned out they’d deleted my credentials as not used in ages. Try registering again. System is crap
