@ThreeUK you are the most incompetent phone company I’ve ever delt with! For the 3rd month running you are still trying to charge me when I’ve already had this delt with TWICE by one of your advisors. Is there some sort of communication problem with you lot 😡😡 fed up with 3 now

Will the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?

  • SOAMER

@ThreeUK why do I get calls everyday from +44 20 3504 5286 just one of the numbers asking me about if I’m satisfies with your network?

  • justarieldotcom

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?

  • _itzkira
    Kira (@_itzkira) reported

Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • EngagesBrain
    🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.

  • RyanSael
    Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
