    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have. I spoke to someone over wen chat today who activated the transfer process which they said may take 24 hours. Was just curious to see if losing network service was a result of the transfer process.

    @ThreeUKSupport This has happened now at least 4/5 times in 7 months where I’ve had no 4g or 5g signal for over 24 hours all I get is excuses no fix no compensation nothing I had to go out for a long walk yesterday just to send you the tweet!🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport hello last Monday/ Tuesday (5th6th) I was told I would receive a call from your complaint's team within 48hrs regarding termination of my contract I still haven't received that call could you update me please thanks
