    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUK Hi 3, I have a free sim here and I want to start a cash credit sim only deal as the credit never expires. The sim card I have has no details of *** I can do this. Instead it just details the 4 data packs. Can you give me a steer on getting started please? Thanks

    Mobile signal at my home address is absolutely hopeless, so hopeless I can't actually tweet this using mobile data, I need to connect to WiFi. Useless service from @ThreeUK I don't need the fastest 5G (it is pretty fast) I just want consistent connection.
