@ThreeUK Has anyone noticed that Three’s network seems to have fallen apart recently . My wife is with Three and just cannot connect anymore . Still she is at the end of her contract and has the pac code ready

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

  • M0MJH Mark 'Jimmy' Hickford (@M0MJH) reported from Clare, England

@gm8arv @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Wait, sorry, I should have known this... SMS is actually sent over voice network and not data. Been a while.

  • GeographyGe Sophie Gynn (@GeographyGe) reported from Newmarket, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK can you tell me how to get some customer service please. Been trying since Sunday on the live chat and phoning.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • BenThapa82 Ben Thapa (@BenThapa82) reported from Ickleton, England

@ToniOgilby @ThreeUK Basically, the same all over the UK and when you tweet they act as if IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE

@ThreeUK the telephone signal in SW66PL London is dire. I know you were refused planning for a mast in bishops park area for stupid reasons even if a number of is wrote to support your application (none appear on council www) as planning is no longer required. Do it now please

  • ncl_cnlnd nicolo (@ncl_cnlnd) reported

@ThreeUK we had two weeks of extremely slow service in April, and now getting awful service again (0.49 mbps download /0.14 upload). Called Customer Service and was told this was due to works, again. Please fix ASAP! We are still working from home and have no internet.

  • Gasdoc2857 Andrew Ronald (@Gasdoc2857) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That’s what I tried to do in March - and was told the one month rolling SIM contract would terminate and not renew

  • Katrina_15 𝓚𝓪𝓽𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓪 ♡ (@Katrina_15) reported

@ThreeUKSupport repeatedly during calls, he other person can't hear me and I have to ring them back? Is this likely to be a sim/signal issue or handset?

  • alexmoneypenny Alexander Moneypenny (@alexmoneypenny) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hey there. I was told I’d receive a full refund for my three broadband because it didn’t work. It’s just come out of my account. Help!

  • LornaCage Lorna Cage (@LornaCage) reported

@ThreeUK Both my husband and I have 3. Movistar can be selected manually but often doesn't work either, Yoygo is better. However, even if you select it manually it defaults back to Orange. Why have so many people got the same issue and being brushed off by customer services.

  • FloralMeg_ ᎷᏋᎶ (@FloralMeg_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My issue is that it seems like I had to talk to apple and I couldn't just get help from you. I'm very sure there's little to be done and my phone needs replacing anyway. I doubt there's much you can do now, but I'm annoyed I had to go directly to apple and couldn't get help here
