Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

Miraculously that worked! Btw the live chat also wasnβt working on the website. You have no idea how high stress levels were 2hrs after opening not to to be answered.
