@ThreeUK 1/2 just left one of your stores after my overdue pregnant wife was advised on the phone I could collect a replacement handset on her behalf. On arrival same staff member keeps me for 30 minutes before telling me cannot help as area manager away for day

@ThreeUKSupport Our phones and her friends work. Hers doesnt. All on 3. Maybe she needs an upgrade which is fine but we cant even get this far down the system. tried online and via phone
