    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Any issues reported NN100YF? Lost usual excellent 4G signal 14:00. Can see nowt on service status page. Affecting all 3 phone in house, 3G is fine but data on 3G 350kps 😱 Wouldn't normally ask but BT Broadband down, making work difficult. Thanks 😎

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s anywhere heavily populated, in particular if I’m in E20 1EJ. I can have full 4/5G signal but browsing the web is painfully slow. This is a constant issue that Three has and doesn’t appear to affect other providers 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport Probably three years ago, I’m there most weekends sometimes during the week. The same issue happens anywhere in London where there’s lots of people. I’ve reported this in the past as it’s been happening and nothing has been done

    @ThreeUKSupport (Post code DM'd) fyi I been at complaining about the this for a year, nothing has been done, was offered a £4 discount from next month but rather have a better service. I know it's bandwidth becuse early hours it's great like it used to be at my old address. Your oversubscribed
