@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

@ThreeUKSupport Have already been through that process twice. I am getting to cancel, so respect for that. But honestly, you should have infrastructure capable of delivering. My Three mobile is perfect on 5G. Was told your home broadband is not on same network. Not good enough.

@ThreeUKSupport There is little you can do for now. I have to wait for a new SIM to see if that's the issue. Agent had no other answers, and instead resorted to fishing for KPI stats and referral bonuses. As a general feedback, tech support should /not/ be upselling.

After 4 weeks of trying I still don’t have a new phone or upgrade 😡Another case has been opened and unresolved - meanwhile I’m apparently a much valued long term customer 🙄 Funny way to show it @ThreeUK Please note your customer service may be polite but absolutely useless!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I don't think so any complnt was raised, one of the manager just straightaway told me to find anthr service provider & issued PAC code. I study so need Internet most of the time but even in central London i had Internet connection. I paid 4 service i didn't receive.

Update on phone gate. - Eventually I managed to cancel my contract with @EE. It’s going to cost me £220 when they can’t fulfil the services - got to love “we can’t guarantee indoor coverage” small print. - I’ve gone to @ThreeUK, got the iPhone SE 2022. £40 v £58 I was paying.

- Gone with @ThreeUK as Steffan has no issue with phone signal here. Unlimited mins/texts/GB. - Frankly I’m pissed off I’m having to shell out £220 when it’s not my fault I can’t make or receive calls in my own house but I’d rather take the hit for a phone that works.
