    @ThreeUKSupport Why are you the only UK network which does not support the Apple Watch ? My wife wants to upgrade but will have to leave you as you do not support it.

    @ThreeUK Has anyone noticed that Three’s network seems to have fallen apart recently . My wife is with Three and just cannot connect anymore . Still she is at the end of her contract and has the pac code ready

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken Another unhappy Three customer😕. For Years no problem with Three. Now my wife cannot connect any data with Three. Looks like it’s time to move on.

    @ThreeUKSupport @elliotw100 Elliot they’re just doing it to increase revenue which is ridiculous. Raise a complaint and tell them you have been quoted as being able to keep it in a 3store. 3 complaints have the power to add an “exempt” flag in your account to override go roam charges as an exception.

    @ThreeUKSupport Morning Antony; no home broadband signal or phone signal at home since 26th January; no response to emails; I called 31st Jan & was told all would be restored by 7th Feb; today is 9th and still no services at home. Partner WFH and is losing pay/annual leave as a result.

    @ThreeUKSupport again - problems accessing data passport. I set up a £40 limit and it’s cut me off at £30. After many other problems. Absolute shambles. I’m cancelling as soon as I get back to the UK. You guys are a joke!

    @ThreeUKSupport having a problem receiving calls on my iPhone 12 - sometimes calls don’t get through at all, sometimes they flash up on the screen and disappear without me even touching the screen. This has been going on for 2+ months with no resolution - have even reset my phone

    @ThreeUKSupport Do u have a team ? U end up speaking to 10 people wasting 2hrs explaining urself to different departments saying the same thing and at the end the phone will go off ..think it's intentional u guys know what u doing .I'm paying for something that isn't working and very slow

    Hey @ThreeUK any chance that your complaints department can locate the complaint I made on Tuesday? Other than coughing and me having to repeat everything several times, we are getting nowhere. You can't have lost everything in 2 days can you? Really not happy
