  • paulhayward200

@ThreeUKSupport Why are you the only UK network which does not support the Apple Watch ? My wife wants to upgrade but will have to leave you as you do not support it.

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

The people I've spoken to so far who didn't get it were all on @ThreeUK; coincidence or dodgy network?

  • M0MJH
Mark 'Jimmy' Hickford (@M0MJH) reported from Clare, England

@gm8arv @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Wait, sorry, I should have known this... SMS is actually sent over voice network and not data. Been a while.

  • GeographyGe
Sophie Gynn (@GeographyGe) reported from Newmarket, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK can you tell me how to get some customer service please. Been trying since Sunday on the live chat and phoning.

  • chelsiemilton_
Chelsie (@chelsiemilton_) reported from Dalham, England

@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken Another unhappy Three customer😕. For Years no problem with Three. Now my wife cannot connect any data with Three. Looks like it’s time to move on.

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK Has anyone noticed that Three’s network seems to have fallen apart recently . My wife is with Three and just cannot connect anymore . Still she is at the end of her contract and has the pac code ready

Thank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve

  • grego76525
    DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported

@ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance

  • Katrina_Owen1

    @craigyoung79 @ThreeUK Too bad

  • martinrue
    Martin (@martinrue) reported

@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.

  • mideolabanji
    ojuelegba beyoncé (@mideolabanji) reported

.@ThreeUK collecting £17 from me every month for terrible “unlimited” service that requires me to revert to wifi every time is crazy. i can’t wait for my contract with you lot to be over.

  • andreaowenss
    𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reported

Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Doesn’t sound right. I was with three for 5 years whilst abroad. Now I’m with EE and no issues.
