    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUK Has anyone noticed that Three’s network seems to have fallen apart recently . My wife is with Three and just cannot connect anymore . Still she is at the end of her contract and has the pac code ready

    @ThreeUKSupport I was given guidance and reasons why they cannot let me access the account. It’s also not hard to be respectful and listen to ensure you actually spell your customer’s name correctly in the first place.

    @ThreeUKSupport i only have one direct debit for three on my bank account. the first bill that was the incorrect amount was charged today and the second one will be charged on the 17th next week. i’m going to ring up your customer service to get this sorted out so that it’s easier
