    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    But the new SIM from @ThreeUKSupport does not have a phone number with it. She cannot make a call to find out because there is no credit. She cannot sign into anything because she doesn't know the number. Another 90+ minute live chat and nobody can help. 6/9

    She doesn't know her old number from @ThreeUKSupport any more. The person she spoke to promised to help. It took 90+ minutes. He couldn't find the account anywhere but promised everything would be fine and he would send a new SIM. Emails did not arrive. 4/9

    @ThreeUK thought problem solved. 2018 . 3ThreeUK used my ID to open a new account on my name? What compensation for damages?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well. I managed to get through to support. They assured me that sending a new sim would fix my issues. It’s certainly made a difference. Service is much much worse. I now only have intermittent 3G downstairs, and very slow 4G upstairs, in the front half on the house. 😡

    @James_Crosby92 @ThreeUKSupport I’m having the same issue in L18. I’ve tweeted @ThreeUKSupport a few times but nothing happens. They either ignore you or just say there’s no known issues; there defo is though!!

    @Three_Is_Broken @elainecarey3 @ThreeUK Utter joke off a service you pay for unlimited 4g get nothing but lag and disconnects time afyer time after time its a waste off all our time and effort tbh and hard earnt bloody money 👊
