    @ThreeUKSupport Please have the decency to read the feed properly before asking daft questions ... as I have already stated I never cancelled anything, I merely informed you that as of the 18/9 (the date my contract finished) I no longer wished to be use your services!     @ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

    @ThreeUK Hi. When I open 3 app I'm asked to enter phone number. Then received 'thank you for registering' text including temp password followed by 'security confirmation' text. I never entered password as I'm already a registered user of the app. Should this be happening?

    @ThreeUK my phone is showing full bars and 4G but data isn’t working. It has been on and off for five days now. I’ve restarted the phone and reset network settings. Still nothing. Only Wi-fi. Is this just me?

    @wonkotsane @ThreeUK I've been advised there's network congestion and my new updated date for a fix is in October. It was September, then July before that and then June. It's all BS. I'll believe it when I see it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know because while I was on live chat with the complaints team, I tried to look at my balance and your site booted me off and then wouldn’t let me sign back in. I assume the chat was then terminated so don’t know if my complaint was logged.
