@ThreeUKSupport Yes we both have the latest version that phones and full internet. It's damn annoying as your signal is weak at home so need the app. It constantly does it. We've reinstalled too.

@ThreeUK you really need to work on your Three in Touch app. So many times we have tried to answer calls TIT intercepts on Pixel 2 but you get to buttons etc. We keep missing calls due to this poor app.

@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone that's the problem. It's the WiFi that's dropping out constantly, meaning I have to use my mobile data. GL2 7JY
@ThreeUKSupport 15 minutes later... still on hold. The live chat (link you guys sent) was no quicker. Was left hanging for 10 minutes on that before I gave up. The fastest people at getting back to me are you guys on Twitter support!

@ThreeUKSupport Having an issue with premium text charges on my bill from a #tap2bill. Spoken to one of your operatives who gave me a number (03000030581) which appears disconnected. Any other numbers available as I haven't got time to wait another 20 minutes in a phone queue.
@ThreeUKSupport And I’m connected “our wait time is over 15 minutes”. I can’t even call back later because this is supposed to be linked to the last person I spoke to in customer relations. This is a joke. I’m happy that the upgrade has been sorted but it shouldn’t be this difficult.
@ThreeUKSupport So I eventually managed to get through to the customer relations team. The lady there was really helpful and has seemingly sorted things now. Back on hold waiting to get connected back to the upgrades team to process it all. Nearly 40 mins on the phone so far!
Ridiculous customer service from @ThreeUK. Upgraded phone early as they said early upgrade would be waved, yet I can see it on my bill. Phoned them, was told it was their mistake and it would be waved. Yet again, it's on my bill. Now can't get in live chat or phone. Absolute joke
@ThreeUKSupport Yes I have complained about it a couple of times over the years. And the response is generally temporary fixes on the user end. Why is three not taking actual measures to fix it on their end. An extra tower in the area might help🤔
