Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes we both have the latest version that phones and full internet. It's damn annoying as your signal is weak at home so need the app. It constantly does it. We've reinstalled too.

@ThreeUK you really need to work on your Three in Touch app. So many times we have tried to answer calls TIT intercepts on Pixel 2 but you get to buttons etc. We keep missing calls due to this poor app.

@ThreeUK The worst telecommunication company in the UK , I’m saying this based on experience that has been lasted for long time , my golden advise to anyone who is seeing this ads don’t you ever start a contract with them their coverage is rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, no call back despite it being promised! Ali from the customer relations team was supposed to issue a £20 refund to my account after hours on the phone with Three and the website supplying incorrect costs. The £20 has never been given and no one will help me or call back!
@ThreeUK How about getting your 4G coverage working properly before moving onto 5G.... have reported bad data connection for months now and hey.... no response.... all these years I have been a customer and you can’t be bothered to reply...... can’t wait to change provider.....
Been on @ThreeUK for best part of 5 year and never had issues. Now suddenly the internet is slow af and your advice is to change my settings🙃🤔
