    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I took out a 2nd contract recently. Phone that was sold is terrible-NOKIA2.4 I can't believe how slow+stuck+counter intuitive it is for a basic phone. Not fit for purpose. Now can't even get through via 📞 just goes silent. Not happy! Help??

    @ThreeUKSupport Says nobody is available? I just tried to call your customer services again, went through all the questions, declared my issue and the operator terminated the call! This is probably the third time this has happened when I've tried calling. This is dreadful

    @ThreeUKSupport Obviously I don't expect the Social Media team to sort the problem. But I do expect the social media team to contact the right people within your business so they can look into issues. It seems like you can't be bothered to do this so your sympathy is meaningless.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 things really 1 is a overpayment of a bill and 2nd is when I phone up about it your Mumbai office was really rude did not help at all then hang up after calling me some names

    @ThreeUKSupport I've just spent another 30min calling your "customer support", total waste of time (again!) Your call handers have zero authority to sort anything out, and don't know what to do if it is a problem that isn't on their "script".

    @ThreeUKSupport is there maintenance work going on in sa13 2mg because the signal is absolutely rubbish. People I work with with who are on sky network have a good signal but those on 3 have little to no signal. What's going on
