    @ThreeUKSupport Yes we both have the latest version that phones and full internet. It's damn annoying as your signal is weak at home so need the app. It constantly does it. We've reinstalled too.

    @ThreeUK you really need to work on your Three in Touch app. So many times we have tried to answer calls TIT intercepts on Pixel 2 but you get to buttons etc. We keep missing calls due to this poor app.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've not been to this area before and yes the problem has been since I landed. As I said my Vodafone phone is on the same network without any problems.

    @mikejibson @ThreeUK Sounds much like my experience with Virgin Mobile on @EE network in Edinburgh. Amazingly fast when it works, but lucky if I get more than 2 bars, often goes to 3G or E, and where Vodafone reception was excellent in my office, EE is virtually non-existent.

    @foxemerson @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @giffgaff @oneplus @ThreeUKSupport Considering it but I moved from O2 to Tree about 4 years ago because I never had data coverage and basically wnt through the same issues as I'm getting now. Telecoms in the UK are ****** for all but the few. Doesn't matter what badge is in the can.

    @TheLynnLegend @SkyUK I never switched them back.. I just used 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 as the DNS to forward to for external lookups. I've since left sky for broadband (now using @ThreeUK 4G mobile broadband) as I needed better speeds (not Sky's fault, just area)

    @ThreeUKSupport your app isn't working so I can't top up, I'm moving house on Monday and I've been trying to get on the app to prepare for this for weeks but it isnt working. Just says its connecting and will take a minute but never works!
