Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
