    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @ThreeUKSupport Stuff went wrong. God forbid a change of life ever happen and people want to have service that's somewhat decent after multiple years of hell. I tried stopping it, but the best you idiots have is either "pay the whole contract off, £400+ of it now, or keep giving us £20 monthly"

    @ThreeUKSupport I couldn't tell you how long I've had it. Just short of a year maybe? The device itself is a Huawei B535-232 though. No idea about my login stuff though.. The site is incredibly difficult to traverse and logging in is almost impossible sometimes

    @ThreeUK in the run-up for worst customer service: tried to buy data abroad, followed all instructions, got given links and was charged £40 roaming for trying to open them. None of them work. Can’t reach them on a Sunday. What a mess!

    @ThreeUKSupport All I want is to just cancel my account and to stop being charged but it's not gonna happen. Someone suggested I can call and get you guys to freeze my account for like 6p days, but that's just delaying a debt lol

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks three, really appreciate free calls to check up on family in ukraine. Can you refund from the bill more often than monthly credit limit increases are being refused by customer service. We are arranging escape not chatting.

    @ThreeUKSupport From the start but being homeless I really didn't care, it was enough to do important ****. I finally managed to move out into my own place and got, as you'd expect, WiFi that worked. Then I tried to cancel my contract with the three parasites, which was obviously where
