We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈
