  • woodbridgemonk
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!

  • fayedicksonxo
𝐅𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐧 🖤 (@fayedicksonxo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Cannot fault @ThreeUK Broke my phone, was too much to fix. Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

  • ItinerantHam
John - M0IDA (@ItinerantHam) reported from Colchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

  • SherbetKirsty
Kirsty : Polkabops (@SherbetKirsty) reported from Great Bromley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

  • selwoodsarah
Sarah (@selwoodsarah) reported from Ipswich District, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m traveling 2 Greece & have been told internet switches to Turkish network. How do I stop this, I don’t want to spend anything outside my tariff.

  • woodbridgemonk
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England

@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

  • Gavrielo
Gav Amante (@Gavrielo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

  • ade_dehinbo
Ade Dehinbo (@ade_dehinbo) reported from Colchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Please have the decency to read the feed properly before asking daft questions ... as I have already stated I never cancelled anything, I merely informed you that as of the 18/9 (the date my contract finished) I no longer wished to be use your services! Nothing more nothing less

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

Nickle Arse (@Brunts1980) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUK just to let you know ive managed to move away from your utterly useless service and by doing so got 5 other friends to move. Might not mean much to you but im happy with my result so far! @Three_Is_Broken

  • andyhw168
Andy Weir (@andyhw168) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUK just phoned to find out why I am not receiving incoming calls to discover your network has issues. Why are you not informing customers. Is it because you are hoping they don’t notice and hit you with compensation claims

  • richjrawlings
RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

  • FrSpodo
Rev Fr Spodo Komodo (@FrSpodo) reported from Occold, England

@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.
