We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. Weโve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I donโt get it!

Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you ๐๐ป๐๐ป
