Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@DivinityV12 @ThreeUK What you mean you live in an area that Three have 5G. Wow now be greatful. Don’t forget three is rolling out the “Fastest Network “ at the slowest speed. Even on 4G I can walk to my local bus stop faster that the speed they have

@ThreeUKSupport I’m in Poland at the moment and everything was fine until 30 minutes ago when the mobile data stopped working and now my iPhone keeps showing “Could not activate mobile data network” whenever I try to use the internet. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

@ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

Hi @EE please improve your signal in South bucks and South Oxon. I never had anything but a superb signal from @ThreeUK but yours is a mixture of awful and non-existent Even the M40 from Stokenchurch down to J6 is dead. Why so bad? We have a mast less than 1km away
