Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport Oh and yeah, I can see pornographic pages without any problems. So I’m guessing it’s already turned off 🥴 - that error message is from trying to access three’s adult content page to set it on or off.

@ThreeUKSupport Can you confirm if 08000338015 is yours? A search on twitter shows you answered yes & no. They asked me for my full password before they would tell me what the call was concerning. If it is you, that is very bad practice! I have already left three a few weeks ago.

@ThreeUK I honestly don’t know what to do .In my work area I have no network and,despite having called three several times(not only me, also my colleagues that are with three)the issue is not yet solved. It has been 2 months and I am still paying and not having the service!

Hi @ThreeUK it’s really annoying seeing advertisement that you have the fastest network when in reality I can’t get signal anywhere in london. And no I don’t have any setting problems with my phone, your signal is just terrible

@ThreeUK You must clarify on your website that the Apple Series 7 data plan you are offering is not working! I've spent three weeks trying to get the plan activated on my new watch, with Three blaming the watch and my iPhone, only to be told tonight that there are issues!

@ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed
