Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

. @ThreeUKSupport I’m pretty sure you lot just failed every customer in the UK. 3 phones all with you, all with emergency alerts on and we got nothing! Looks like we’re the chosen ones to be sacrificed if there’s a real emergency!

@ThreeUKSupport is there going to be any acknowledgment that the alert didn’t happen for a large number of three customers? I have the emergency alerts turned on, so it’s not that. What happened?

So it looks like the Emergency Alert test confirms that @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport can't be depended on in an Emergency. Not seen any reports of anyone on networks based on Three's having got the test alert this afternoon.

@msummerfield1 @SMARTYMobileUK Smarty is backed by the @ThreeUK network, and there are many reports of people on that network not getting the test. I think they haven't sent it.
