    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @andyonradio @ThreeUKSupport They will ask for your full postcode then tell you one or more of these: Congestion To switch to 3G There's work in the area / upgrades SIM problem To restart your phone Fixed in 7 days They've been saying a combination of these things for nearly 2 years!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq - I ordered an upgrade via your website on 15th January. It was due to arrive on 18th & never turned up. I called the following and was told they didn’t know why and would look in to it & to give 48 hrs. Called again 2 days later - upgrade “stuck in system” & give them-
