@ThreeUKSupport Beautifully sunny day here in Woodbridge, nothing to drop the reception coverage at all but again there’s still no coverage at IP2 1DS. I last mentioned this months ago but things are still terrible at this location. Maybe you’re working on the transmitter again? Hmm. Nah!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. I ordered the product but it went out of stock so you cancelled my order as it wouldn’t arrive on time. I was told the account was closed. I then reordered the product once in stock and it was delivered to a different address. I had no idea of the 1st acc. Awful services
@ThreeUKSupport I only have one product with you so should only have one bill - which I pay. But you called me today requesting payment for a product I never received. It’s ridiculous. Beyond frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope because it doesn’t look like there’s any congestion now. It’s only indoors where I’m experiencing slow speeds even on 3 bars of 4G. What mast fault is in my area as apparently there’s an issue according to the status checker. There’s np with outdoor speeds.
@ThreeUKSupport Awful service, I’ve lost my iPhone. Only options you’ve given me are to buy a new one (£600-£700), pay my contract off (£50 x 24 months) or to have an additional contract. Nice to see you care about your customers, piss off.
