@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

Cannot fault @ThreeUK Broke my phone, was too much to fix. Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

@ThreeUKSupport Also why can’t I answer the calls when I’m asking to be called by your customer support? They’ve called me multiple times this morning and it either doesn’t ring but shows as a missed call or it comes up but won’t let me answer? This is impossible.

@ThreeUK I have an accidental damage and is unfortunately that I can’t get my phone or screen replacement with Three insurance FC Tier 5 which have been paying for since 11th August 2021. Please someone should help me get my claim from three or my insurance should be cancelled.

Anyone on here with @ThreeUK I made a call @ 8.30 and since 8.45 both my phones r down I can’t receive no calls. Can’t call out either as it cuts off immediately.. My doctors calls keep coming up missed too, I’m so angry on crying right now.
