  • FrSpodo Rev Fr Spodo Komodo (@FrSpodo) reported from Occold, England

@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

  • fayedicksonxo 𝐅𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐧 🖤 (@fayedicksonxo) reported from Ipswich District, England

Cannot fault @ThreeUK Broke my phone, was too much to fix. Called up to cancel my contract as it would cost less to do that than to fix or buy a new phone and they upgraded my phone to a new iPhone, really good deal and no early upgrade fee. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

  • WilliamACTaylor William Taylor (@WilliamACTaylor) reported from Framlingham, England

@ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

  • mapey Chris Mapey (@mapey) reported from Ipswich District, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have you got internet issues today? My businesses can’t connect to any data service in IP4 or CO2 this morning. Was working, now multiple devices cannot connect

Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Basically, perfect signal doesn't exist. You're fighting against everyone else for nodes. Higher data means crap range & penetration. The whole market is moving on up. We have an unregulated wi-fi piecemeal interference environment. Usage is exponential. Expectations are unreal.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Hmm. I don't work in those areas frequently b but i work a across the UK and signal is fine. Maybe my expectations are just lower because i understand his difficult it is to get signal anywhere. Any dense building will kill signal. That might be offset by localised mods.

  • AbbiJKW Abbi Kitsune (@AbbiJKW) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I wish I could remember, I'm terrible with names. I often get a survey but didn't this time 9:33am BST a/c ref 9848555554 if it helps

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK In UHF or VHF you can guarantee coverage in kilometres. In 5g, maybe 500m. And signal drop off is choppier. It's why when you're driving on the M5 you constantly lose boys of the conversation as you are doing from mast to mast.

  • hemsmate #TeamThor (@hemsmate) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is the wifi on the tube not working anymore?

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK It depends, I've had poor experiences with toxic suppliers who literally have to be shamed into decent behaviour. Three at least treat you as an adult. Two questions: What spec is your phone, could be a tech issue? Where are you? Could be a local issue.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK So poor range, worsening penetration, more infrastructure, less node points, higher traffic, oh and did i mention interference from every wi-fi in the country, a completely deregulated sector of licencing. Welcome to modern mobile telecoms. Good luck.

  • JoggerM Jonathan iMartin (@JoggerM) reported

@ThreeUK why is my hotspot not working‽ I have 9Gb left of my roaming data but it’s telling me I’ve used my allowance(12Gb) What’s going on plz?

  • TapiwaM25801854 Tapiwa Moyo (@TapiwaM25801854) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have made sure my direct debit is working for 28th August and I haven't cancelled as suggested by customer service. I am paying the full amount for the missed months. Then I will pay for the months left in my contract the month after.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK LTE repeaters are available on the market. At the end of the day, it probably isn't a significant concern for the festival provider, and the service providers are left looking crap because the local Mast can only handle n devices. Those with weaker signals are sacrificed.
