@ThreeUKSupport Beautifully sunny day here in Woodbridge, nothing to drop the reception coverage at all but again there’s still no coverage at IP2 1DS. I last mentioned this months ago but things are still terrible at this location. Maybe you’re working on the transmitter again? Hmm. Nah!

@ThreeUKSupport Update this didn't work either. Should we go into a three store and see if they can help. It's so annoying and I've no idea why he can't text on his old number. I rang the old number and it worked.

@ThreeUK be great if your customer services wouldn’t lie about disruption to services during a number switchover.

@Martinjames1983 @ThreeUK I’m livid. I always seemed to go over my data plan so they gave me this. I’ve been a customer for years and I’m done .
@ThreeUKSupport Which is against the law. So well done you’ve lost a customer and I won’t be renewing mine after the way my mums being treated
@ThreeUKSupport My mums phone was stolen yesterday, sim was cancelled fine but getting a new phone has been the issue
@ThreeUKSupport Restarts don’t help, only remedy is going onto 3G. Not really good enough when I am paying nearly a hundred quid a month
