  I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

  Calling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it.

  @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?

  @ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to stop the incessant calls about my upcoming contract renewal? This is daily and bordering on harassment now. I told your service advisor I will switch providers if this does not stop, same for my wife and daughter.
