    @ThreeUKSupport Changed banks recently and am now getting emails/texts stating I'll lose my £5 DD discount and also requesting a payment for latest bill but there has already been 1 instance of DD taken from bank, can you help??

    @ThreeUKSupport hi. I refused the delivery of an upgrade phone you sent me in error. I moved to a different network and now seen a direct debit for the upgrade that’s been cancelled. Not happy!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. You cut me off again because you couldn't process the direct (for the fourth time). Once again the support person told me I can only have two contracts with you which is ridiculous. Now I have to wait 48 hours for someone to ring me back and I have no internet access
