I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

@ThreeUKSupport I've placed a formal request today to cancel the contract which is still within the cooldown period. The site says I'm owned the full amount so this is also a time record of the (online) request via your complaint form. Would have been great I was sent a copy of such request.

@ThreeUKSupport non stop issues since joining less than 2 months ago and left with very little coverage when in lockdown and unable to visit family over the festive period. I can't even access my account via the app as it won't let me use wifi and no coverage to use data!!!!!!

Why is @ThreeUK so rubbish?! I have run out data trying to speak to family on Zoom over Christmas due to restrictions & I have now made three requests to purchase a data add-on will all requests failing! I have been a customer for 13 years and this is awful customer service!

@threeuk since upgrading to new SE 2020 (from Three to new Three contract), and having spoken to a service advisor to get my old number on the new phone, my old phone is still fully functional, but I cant get messages or access voicemail on new phone.
