    @ThreeUKSupport Online. I have tried to update my address to as close as possible to what the system allows. I am in a continual loop of trying to pay but the system site just loops back to the three site. I occasionally get weird errors.

    @ThreeUKSupport I got it December 2020 (so not too long ago) and it's very unresponsive slow, overcomplicated systems, and no matter how good my signal is, WiFi and mobile data barely work. I have contacted Samsung but seems to be going round in circles, I'm hoping yourselves are more helpful

    @ThreeUKSupport so did what was asked contacted via the link. Persons laptop had issues. Was told by another person that within the hour they’d email me and sort this 2 hours on nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport if you ever get around to supporting #IPv6 on your network, please implement #NAT64 with the well-known prefix 64:ff9b::/96 as per rfc6052.

    @ThreeUKSupport i got a contract with you yesterday and i literally can’t use the data at all and my signal stays on 1 bar at all times. why is your coverage so horrendous?????

    @ThreeUKSupport Admittedly I don't make many calls, but I received a call yesterday evening from someone whom I know is not on 3, and it was fine. It might be a problem with the recipient's phone. I'm just wondering if there is any testing I can do to narrow it down. Any known issues in CB24?

    @ThreeUKSupport So many issues. Poor reporting. If payment takes you back to the home screen whether it works or doesn't. Even on large 2k screens, everything is either too large or too small to fit and nothing really fits together. Oddly, it works worst on Google Chrome.
