@ThreeUKSupport my mobile broadband internet has been really slow in the past week. Speed is consistently under 5mbps. Not great when you’re working from home. Could you take a look pls. It used to be faster and now every click takes 1 -2 seconds to take effect.

Does it applies over LTE ? Your tax is so unclear, the only thing I get is the price! Am I allowed to watch @ptcomedy videos on YouTube using a non-UK VPN outside the accommodation without paying that tax via @ThreeUK’s 5G network? Your FAQ does not give answers. @tvlicensing

@ThreeUK why the hell in the app when I go to sign in, is the password field set to show the password by default instead of hiding it?! I see the little eye icon, but by default hide the password! Seems like this should have failed basic testing / security requirements

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m using a iPhone 13 pro and he has a iPhone 12 Pro Max. Both updated etc. seems to be sooo in and out for example in one street I get barely any signal then in the next road I’m getting 5g 😬
