    @ThreeUKSupport @three absolutely shocking attitude on the phone just now. Chap in call center was dismissive and rude!! To top it off I am being overcharged as I was a victim of upgrade fraud and assured things would be made right. Shambles. Maybe it's time to move.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kimberley happy to DM postcode. I did speak to support who said a server was down last week & would be fixed in 24 hours, but nothing has changed .I understand this in fact is the norm for @ThreeUK despite what I was sold! working with5G myself I wonder for @ThreeUK future!
