@ThreeUKSupport I have tried what you said and I suggest you get your so called engineers back on the job. My internet is just as bad if not worse than before, I am having to use cellular data most of the time and that is also crap. I’m paying for a service that I am NOT GETTING.

@ThreeUKSupport If you could also pass on that the 3rd customer service assistant I spoke with at around 18:27 was a delight, extremely helpful, and a credit to an otherwise terrible experience that too would be appreciated. He told me his name is Michelle Obama (idk if they use code names).

@ThreeUKSupport I left an end-of-contract survey review with some complaints. Seriously, the service was awful - I know my voice is high, but one staff member refused to believe I was the account holder for my own contract.
