    I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.
