I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

Family member who has a kid at a residential school for children with disabilities has been tearing her hair out trying to sort phone, when it's been your issue all the time. It's not acceptable as this has been going on for a while.

@ThreeUKSupport 7 days now still unable to make or receive phone calls. Been on live chat and on the phone for over 2 hours in total and still nobody has any idea what’s wrong. Fantastic service from 3. Only been a customer last 6 weeks
