@ThreeUKSupport 1/1 I was very clear I didn’t want a credit to my account and your agent agreed to cancel the DD and I would call and pay the bill using the credit to bring the bill to the normal amount, but the agent started a new DD and that just took the full payment.

@ThreeUKSupport So it's #VoLTE that's failing now, even with Wi-Fi calling on. If I switch to 3G there's no issue. I've sat with my phone on 4G only since you confirmed Voice across the whole LTE network on all frequency bands. Any thoughts on when it'll be fixed?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed in the service from Three. After being told that my bill would be credit £58, l still have this additional amount taken from my bank account! The easiest way to get a refund of the money is to cancel my contract!
