    @NeillGord @ThreeUKSupport But my iPad is Still working 🤯 Which is weird I have turned my phone off to see if that helps 🤔 but it still baffles me why isn’t it working on my iPhone or it could be my Sim card or my number has gone down technology is weird It’s one of those mysteries of the universe 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not the point of being offered anything it's the fact that your company is blatantly lying by first saying it fixed and engineers saying the same when it's not then being told again there is still a problem when I report it 3 weeks after that and for it now to be going 1/2

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to cancel my broadband but as your line were closed over the Christmas period I wasn’t able to do it within the 14days I have now gone over this by 2days and I’ve just been told it’s £589! To cancel😳 Help me cancel this please!!
