    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

    @ThreeUK Wish you we’re offering something to loyal customers that have been with you for 6 years - I upgraded in June and your signal has been poor in my area. Key worker and no benefits unlike other networks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I upgraded over the phone, spoke to an actual three employee when I upgraded. He stated i’d still be under old terms, otherwise I would have moved to a different network who offer these benefits. Quite disappointing really.

    @ThreeUK find it hard to believe - have been a customer of yours for 10+ years and have never known so many places the service doesnt work at all... like Westfield Stratford... service doesnt work at all but shows a full signal and no its not my handset

    @ThreeUKSupport You'd never charge for a phone I haven't got? That's strange. I was told by a three operator there was no way to change the direct debit date? The phone was an s22 ultra 512gb burgundy. It was in stock when I entered into the contract.
