@ThreeUKSupport And if they aren’t helpful? They told a 85 year old his phone was broken and he needed a new one. His phone was not broken. Also set him up on a contract with 30gb of data when he has no idea what google is. Charged him £20 for a charger to go with the new phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Bought it yesterday. Phone was already on Android 9. #AndroidPie (Sony *never* issued Android 10 or beyond.) Latest security patch: September 2019! No more updates/patches are available. (My Three SIM works in *another* phone and #WiFiCalling is present.)
