    I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUK Wish you we’re offering something to loyal customers that have been with you for 6 years - I upgraded in June and your signal has been poor in my area. Key worker and no benefits unlike other networks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUK I have been with #three for around 15 years and the network has never been as bad, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt with the upgrades but now I've come over to 5g it's just as bad as before, £65 a month for phone and contract complete joke

    @ThreeUKSupport I've discovered that it IS the usual customer service experience. And this time, you've taken that isn't yours and won't give it back. So it's actually a LOT worse than my usual experience, which is usually pretty bad. Again - I'll be sharing it all with my followers.

    @ThreeUK Best thing I ever did was leave 3. Awful awful coverage, and bandwidth even worse - particularly in London Wouldn’t use them for a business if they were paying me to.
