    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUK @DPD_UK the service I have received over the past few days is a complete and utter joke, no phone delivered on 18th like it should have been and still no now to be told by DPD they are classing item as ‘missing’ and got to wait 72 hours till three do something about it

    @Alyssha1993 @ThreeUK It's so bad!! And disgusting! Like I put a certain money away for my phone bill..and now it's messed up my whole Direct Debit...so had to pay a extra £5 For paying by card & then had to reset my DD back up!! X
