I have been overcharged for 14 months by Three, when I queried it I was told I had to prove it,finally after hours on the phone I grudgingly paid the last payment and cancelled, now had ANOTHER email remaining more money @ThreeUKSupport , awful service, made a complaint

@ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

@ThreeUK Wish you we’re offering something to loyal customers that have been with you for 6 years - I upgraded in June and your signal has been poor in my area. Key worker and no benefits unlike other networks.

You seriously need to update your security policies @ThreeUK. Having someone in support asking me to email my photo ID (email is insecure) is risking breach of GPDR. This is how corporates assist identity theft. Useless 4g+ device arrived not working and support won't help.

@ThreeUK Just want to recognise Kylo in your Eastbourne store. He managed to sort in less than 15 minutes what your contact us/ help desk/ support failed completely to do in 6 months! Each person in store is great. Look after them. The stress caused by help desk is immense

@ThreeUK really disappointed with 3 home broadband. 1st router lasted 9 days, 2nd router hasn't worked since plugging in it. Waited 48hrs for the fix, now told at least another week. Had to cancel as I need the internet at home. Having to sign up again with expensive ISP 🤬
