@ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

Pretty incredible that we’re still paying almost £20 per months to get @ThreeUK’s WiFi and it barely allows more than one person to do something as basic as watching video or social media!? @A_James_Esq & I have online Uni classes at the same time and often have issues!!🤯😤
