@ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

@ThreeUKSupport Cant do that with my broadband and did it on phone and nothing happened..... Why you cant just be a bit more courteous and tell your customers you are planning work and service may be interrupted..... A whole morning ruined..... My #Starlink cant get here quick enough......
