@ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

@ThreeUK Wish you we’re offering something to loyal customers that have been with you for 6 years - I upgraded in June and your signal has been poor in my area. Key worker and no benefits unlike other networks.

Why does @ThreeUKSupport bot have an adequate escalation process. After an hour of the call centre not being able to deal with my problem (I only wanted to change bank account details), I ended up having to go through Complaints. What a waste of everyone’s time.

@ThreeUKSupport Seriously bad broadband coverage in my area since Monday. (WS3 5DN) It's now Thursday, and still no improvement signal keeps dropping out. It connects but with no Internet. I pay for 5g and never get 5g. 😡

@ThreeUKSupport email from Three in Nov '22 telling me I can upgrade to 5G home broadband, already a Three 4G home broadband customer. Click the upgrade link, get my new 5G box through, new direct debit set up, new a/c created, charging me for both boxes. Make it make sense.

Changed from @VodafoneUK to @ThreeUK and gosh, feels so nice to have some signal and to be able to make calls and use the Internet without any issues. Vodafone is really the worst service provider I have ever been with. No signal in my own house, ever. Changed to 3 and all fine!
