    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUKSupport Currently in a work location where I don't have access to my Sim card, regardless I was due an upgrade so I upgraded mine and my wife's phone, phoning through Skype business. My wife's phone turned up at the house today, mines did not, phoned back up and the customer service - 1

    @ThreeUKSupport I can text him, I can call other mobiles and landlines, he can call me from his mobile. First noticed about 2weeks ago but paid no attention as was in a weak signal area.

    Chichester Road, Romiley UPDATE Thank you to local residents who have contacted me about the planning permission issue with the @ThreeUK 5G mast on Chichester Road. It is clear that an error was made by @StockportMBC and it is now important that local residents are put first.

    @ThreeUKSupport Manually issuing MMI codes from dialer initially seems to work - "Call forwarding registration was successful" - but checking the menu it actually shows the 3UK voicemail number which is wrong. Phone menu shows an error for "Always forward" option and "Network or SIM card error."
