    @ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

    @ThreeUK I don't think at this time it is appropriate to be putting prices up! I feel you have seriously dropped the ball and should be offering your customers help not putting prices up! As a household of small business owners, we have no income and are not likely to until June.

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    @ThreeUK Customer loyalty deal that just isn't. New customers are offered the Mate 20 Pro at £40.00 per month (conditions applied) and a £49.00 upfront. Existing loyal customers pay more for no upfront charge cos of the charge added to the bill over the contract, 24 mth. Huh!

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.
