    I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

    @ThreeUKSupport is 5 g not working as can’t watch anything due to non stop buffering got the 5g hub in my home won’t even do a speed test on phone on 5g so something wrong

    Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, ever since I swapped to three and ported my number over my iPhones iMessage and FaceTime won’t work with the ported number as it only recognised the sims original number even though I receive calls to it fine on the ported number. Any help? Thanks.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport New customer since yesterday. New iPhone and new SIM. SIM not activated. The phone is no use to me at all. Called you twice. Told to wait 2hrs. Told to wait another 2hrs. Now a day later it's still not working????

    @ThreeUK I have now tried 6 times to process my order online for a SIM only, 2 different sims and every time i get right to the end and it says error processing order, is this issue going to be resolved before i go elsewhere? no i am not phoning either.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's fine during the evenings, but unusable while the works are going on (as they appear to be again today). How many days are these works due to go on for? And when will 3 start refunding users for when its network is completely unusable?

    Hey @ThreeUK what’s happened to you coverage in the southside of Glasgow (G41), it was never great, but now there’s no 4G and 3G is very weak.

    @GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK 3s frequency bands are utter dog ****, they can add as many masts as they like their network will forever be dog **** quality. If you want good quality signal and coverage you need to **** with O2 or Voda, they own anything from decent to the best part of the spectrum.
