But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
A (@abdel_2025) reported@ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reportedYour solution is to send me a link to a chat which won’t open. Any chance someone can just call me to sort this?! @threeuk
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous
-
Alf ❤️🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
#TeamThor (@hemsmate) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow
-
Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported@ThreeUKSupport Sudden issues in WR3, next to zero connectivity with latency at 2.5 - 3.8 seconds. What’s happening?
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
