    @ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever

    @ThreeUKSupport This is not helpful at all… just takes me back to the square trade phone number. I called again, they said to wait another 24 hrs… I repeat it had been ALMOST THREE WEEKS for a service that I was told would take 24HOURS

    @HarroBS19 @ThreeUK Thank you, if you try manually connecting to Vodafone Australia or Telstra Mobile this should allow you to connect consistently without dropping. Let us know if you're still having some issues. -Holly
