    @adilondoner @ThreeUK I made it all the way to number 1 but chat ends at 6pm and I never got through. I can't waste a other day on it. Corona is not an excuse for a 9 hour wait. You cannot tell me that a mobile phone company can't get the tech so its employees can WFH! #fuming

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had issues with incoming calls. I believe people who transferred their number from Lyca mobile are all having the same problem. Although it now seems to be resolved that is 24 hours of complete loss of service. Also, this seems to be a recurring issue.

    @ThreeUK hi 3 network. My partner has just been disconnected from a telephone call that was going on for 30-minutes to discuss a contract with you for her daughter. She has been trying for three weeks to get a SIM card activated. You won't accept a cancellation of contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was. I did. Four times 3 called in the last few months to sell me stuff and I explained my problem and they said they would mark my account. Yesterday I spent hours trying to get phone turned on to no effect. After 1 hour I Got disconnected &couldn’t get anyone back on the line

    @ThreeUK I have been a @ThreeUK customer since May 2005, that's over 15 years; I've had multiple for me and members of my household for most of that. I called recently to upgrade 1 of 4 existing contracts, then I found that you don't care about loyal customers. Am considering leaving.

    @ThreeUKSupport We have a @ThreeUK "unlimited" SIM. At first we had 30Mbs down & 40Mbs up. Amazing! Then we had an email to say they were making local improvements to make it even better! Now we have 1Mbs & 0.32Mbs. Nice one. SO14 7DW if anyone's is listening.

    WARNING THREE CUSTOMERS!! So after seemingly having network issues and no resolution, turns out @ThreeUK has transferred my contract to @O2 without even my permission first!! Bunch of scammy cons!!!
