3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Wyke, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wyke and nearby locations:

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport This is pathetic, my complaint is about being unable to contact you by phone and not being prepared to waste even more time queuing so you suggest... I phone you. Please will you DM me and I will give you my number for someone to call me. Take some ownership and sort it out.

  • AaronBudwal Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, England

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.

  • AlexHeyAcro alex (@AlexHeyAcro) reported from Bradford, England

@Lost_In_Films_ @ThreeUK Yeah it’s scummy, they won’t do anything to help either, their app doesn’t work, and their customer service people are rude more often than not

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.

  • MrAntony Antony (@MrAntony) reported from Leeds, England

Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Wibsey, England

@AdrianAndreev @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Get yourself to an EE store. Nicest people ever. Called customer service with PAC and the guy gave me his direct email. Proper service.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport Reece, you have ignored my whole complaint. Could I ask you re-read the tweets. This is utterly embarrassing how you are handling this, please can you get someone to deal with the complain. I’d suggest someone phoning me. You can do me for my number.

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.

  • Kireiiiii3 Kirei (@Kireiiiii3) reported

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK I could have sworn Kieth that your predecessor had a policy on this that wouldn't involve begging multinational corporations to help out of the goodness of their heart

  • abbielouisa12 abbie (@abbielouisa12) reported

@kelsiedavies @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Like the government are saying they are doing all they can to help remote learning however, there is only so much they can do.

  • HenryS74730801 Henry S (@HenryS74730801) reported

@Keir_Starmer @UKLabour @ThreeUK Your support for the teaching unions was lukewarm at best and non existent at worst. A lifelong Labour voter will no longer support an opposition that doesn’t oppose!

  • 1Adhughes Tony Hughes (@1Adhughes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I'd love to.... but the connection is so slow the link won't open

  • TonyCowin @TonyCowin (@TonyCowin) reported

@World_of_clowns @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK It's a balance though. I don't want my daughter in school right now. Millions of parents and carers don't. I'm no expert so I can't give a solution. But this should have been thought out months before any lockdown occurred.

  • Jay50782580 Jay (@Jay50782580) reported

@breadandposes @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Difference being that one is an empty promise which was voted down by the country and one actually happened

  • DAKTL Darren Hindley (@DAKTL) reported

@ThreeUK @educationgovuk Why not extend it to FE students, if they were disadvantaged at school why would everything suddenly be OK now they are at college. These students still need help. Do the right thing. Expand your programme

  • weenerrr weenerrr (@weenerrr) reported

@ThreeUK can’t connect to anything online when i’m not connected to wifi 🥲🥲 help me

  • AndrewT28044364 Andrew Taylor (@AndrewT28044364) reported

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk So 3 is that **** but you have stayed with them for 10 years? Are you for real?

  • yungnerevarine Click click (@yungnerevarine) reported

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Why are you begging for corporations to help instead of demanding a nationalised solution mate? Where's the leadership?
