I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

    Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried topping up on the app a number of times but I've been waiting to connect, looks like it's in a loop or something. Tried in the website and it worked there, I was able to top up. Not sure if there's still an issue with the app.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport. A few weeks ago a newly fitted 5G mast behind my house was activated resulting in fantastic signal, meaning i could actually use my phone properly, hurrah! But as of last night it now seems to now be inactive resulting in next to no reception. NG183JJ, thx
