It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, EnglandAfter 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.
-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Halifax, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m not asking you to access my account. I’m asking tou to contact me because every time I try to contact you I get cut off or palmed off to somone. Utter jokers. Your service is pathetic, no desire to sort anything. Also, it’s not you can’t, it’s you won’t. You can do anything.

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
chris (@chris_chrishill) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport day two of no reception or data, when is this issue going to be acknowledged, resolved and refunded.
-
lornieloulpd (@lornieloulpd) reported@ThreeUK my intervener keeps crashing and I am working from home this is not productive for me I pay so much money to your Co pant and I can’t even use the service
-
Dan (@Hardlydan) reported@ThreeUKSupport There has been no signal in my area since before Christmas. Are you ever going to fix it?
-
Hannah Penn (@Hannah_Penn) reported@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.
-
John craig Sinclair (@JohncraigSincl2) reportedIF ANYONE HAS GOT SIMCARD ONLY CONTRACTS WITH @ThreeUK, CANCEL THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT'S ADDING A MINIMUM OF £12.16 ONTO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BILLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AS I ONLY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO
-
Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
Ailon (@loneyai) reported.@ThreeUK your customer support is horrible. Won’t let me cancel a broadband contract. I am now considering switching my mobile provider as well.
-
Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
