I phone you. Please will you DM me and I will give you my number for someone to call me. Take some ownership and sort it out.

Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, EnglandAfter 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.
-
Natalie Booth 🤓 (@nat_1983) reported from Wibsey, England@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year
-
Jodie Lauren (@jodiepodie88) reported from Brighouse, England@ThreeUK Has got to be the most painful customer service to deal with!!! 😡😡
-
Chris Lee (@chrislee1628) reported from Halifax, EnglandSpoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled
-
Frangipani Night (@FrangipaniNight) reported from Skipton, England@EE Hello! Please could you help me retrieve my PAC code at all from @ThreeUK as they are holding my old number from yourselves hostage! I’ve joined @EE again and wish I’d never left 😭
-
jayne checkley (@bushroamer) reported from Bingley, England@ThreeUK the broadband is a pile of rubbish. Tech support useless. Want to charge us over £300 to cancel when the service is atrocious! I’m telling everyone to avoid 3!!!!
-
The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.
-
Paul Monaghan (@monaghp) reported from Gildersome, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Before I make a purchase. Does 3 support the Apple watch series 6 with cellular ?
-
alex (@AlexHeyAcro) reported from Bradford, England@Lost_In_Films_ @ThreeUK Yeah it’s scummy, they won’t do anything to help either, their app doesn’t work, and their customer service people are rude more often than not
-
Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, EnglandAfter 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.
-
Jacob (@MrCurrlyHair) reported from Wibsey, England@ThreeUK any details on esim support for iPhones ? I’m getting sick of waiting
-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England@ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.
-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England@ThreeUKSupport @Apple Well a month or so later, imagine my surprise when I see my bill has doubled. Turns out, you add the data on for future months cos, we’ll, you know people won’t realise/forget to cancel. This really did piss me off, I’ll be truthful (see, it isn’t hard)... the thing is...
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Satheeshkumar Rajendran Ph.D (@satheeshvad) reported@ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.
-
TheYellingKitty. (@TheYellingKitty) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport it’s Friday night and my data is slow af for no reason The network checker on your site says your currently working on a fix in the area but it’s said that for hours and not updated once
-
Ritchie Hanlon (@fourfor2ltd) reportedAs an existing customer @ThreeUK you are a disgrace! Finding out you been charging me £15 plus per month for 11 years for broadband! Yes my fault but could u not see it not been used and have the courtesy to contact me considering I have my mobile with you? Thieving !!!!
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
White Apathy (@fundcruncher) reported@ThreeUK I can no longer listen to voice mail unless I record a stupid message? Are you on crack? Fk off. Give me access to my voice message or I'm changing provider. Not negotiable. Fkn tyrants.
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported@AdamBat92308251 @three @ThreeUK Yes, sorry to hear that, Adam, that’s awful.
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport I'm too fed up to complain. I just want to know why the service is so poor in Worcester and WHEN it will be retsored to something like normal? @tomcollinsworcs Please can someone from @ThreeUKSupport reply ... pretty please???
