@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

@ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever

This is weird. I'm on the @ThreeUK network but I have had calls claiming to be from @TheO2 offering me a 40% discount on my bills due to COVID. Feels like a scam so ignoring for now, but the callers seem adamant that my number is registered on O2. Could there be more to this?

@ThreeUK love how your customer services lie to your customers! Was told I get a refund in 3 days. chase it and be told the global pandemic is causing the delay! Called out the agent as a liar to which he backtracked! Called the complaint team to raise yet another complaint
