@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@ThreeUKSupport 2nd consecutive weekend without signal in Helston, Cornwall. Both me & partner without signal. Both long time customers. No landline, can't make calls. Rubbish performance. Just paid this month's bill too. Very angry and annoyed
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete - there’s more, this problem is specific to the “3internet” apn when using cell 12713984 which I assume is my closest mast. If I force my modem to band 20 it connects to cell 877062 and the “3internet” apn works fine.

@deanrmarsh @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken I personally think creating an account to complain about issues that cannot be resolved immediately is one of the most pettiest things someone could do. Three know there is issues with the network, hence they are investing £4.5 Billion in upgrading the network and deploying 5G.
