    @ThreeUKSupport very disappointed to have realised today that as a company you knowingly over charge customers who are out of contract. You could choose to move customers onto a lower tariff but instead you claim you can't without customer contact. Nonsense. Shame on you.

    @MarilynMill_ @ThreeUK @EE ee sucks just as much. They are all ok he same. Cancelled ee and 2 months later they are trying to charge me still. They blame their computer system and say I should pay then they will refund. Unlikely story. Now they send the details to a collection agency. Never anyone to call

    @ThreeUKSupport Confirmed again and he passed me to cancellations who say it’s around £70 to cancel. Even after copying and pasting the previous agents messages it’s completely ignored and blanked. Not impressed especially when it’s not my error and an error/mistake by several of your team
