Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@ThreeUKSupport 14 pro max 256gb, and I know the covid situation. But when you’ve been charged and waited a month. And I have previously spoken to the call centre 4 times after my upgrade to be told I returned the phone on the exact day I did the upgrade! Is shocking customer service!
