    @ThreeUK has to be the silliest network to get a contract with in the uk, how can an existing contract client not been able to switch a physical sim to an e sim? In 2022?? This can’t even happen in nigeria, sharp sharp they’ll give me my e sim.

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Afternoon. Samsung replaced my S20 with a new S21 on warranty after the S20 was beyond economical repair. My bank's phone insurance have requested I get a note from yourselves showing my S21 IMEI on your network as proof of ownership for their policy to be active.

    @Ofcom Some telecom companies like @ThreeUKSupport are not sending PAC code when requested with message "Oops, we can't process your request at the moment due to a system issue...". Been trying for many days. What's the ppint have regulations when they won't follow. #poorservice

This is a @ThreeUK issue! The hint in my question was MSISDN! The phone number was not applied to sim

    @ThreeUKSupport Ran a test on my device. He then passed me through to second line support and cut me off as it was gone 6pm. Tried calling back call centre closed. My signal is usually perfect where I am situated but last few weeks barely 1 bar of signal.
