Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

Also, none were on aeroplane mode. Very disapointed with 3 mobile and british government. But, whats new!🙄

I see this is explicitly mentioned on BBC so whether there was a network level issue there, I don't know. Exactly the reason you run a test though, isn't it?!
