@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport My 3G coverage is rubbish. My 4g doesn't load anything. Isolated to my home town. Anywhere else is fine. 8 MONTHS! Think you need to fix this. Don't pay money for a service I can't use properly at home. Great way to treat valued customers.

@ThreeUKSupport 4. Both contracts were changed to pay as you go, one by mistake and then was told the other contract was cancelled. Spoke to someone to fix this who said I didn't need to go via pay as you go. They reinstated contract as pay monthly but it would take 3 days to come into effect.
