My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

Said my local mast was congested so the mobile internet was slow at busy periods. Told me to put my phone in 3G only mode to alleviate. Said no plans to upgrade mast so would be 3mths min. No discount offered
