@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport so my phone was working about an hour ago, it froze and I had to restart it. After restarting there is no signal, when attempting to make a call it says to switch off aeroplane mode or connect to a network. I'm not on aeroplane mode, so what's going on Three?
