    @ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I was advised to text for a code and have tried over the last day. I’m still getting errors, but support mentioned that there was an issue with my account which could be escalating the issue and that they may have to manually intervene regarding the PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Ofcom it looks like during the process of purchasing a new contract I was given incorrect information about transferring a number. The information was not in line with OFCOM regulations. Live chat is just trying to upsell instead of help.
