-
Ian (@PvtPepper) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport time to leave you. I can't even complain about a problem as Three keeps having a technical and I should try later after being on hold for over ten minutes. Vodafone, here I come.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reportedDo not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.
-
Richie Jay (@RichEIREjonesy) reported@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK I’m on contract but I’ve seen it drop out to 3g up the hills but never in town
-
#TeamThor (@hemsmate) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Glenn Smith (@gupster) reported@ThreeUK FYI network outage in Ta178tg after a power outage. Signal showing but not data connection.
-
kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly
-
Damien Charlesworth (@Damienc1985) reported@ThreeUK So after 8 minutes of dialing over and over again, going through all the automated options, including having the line disconnected twice, I am finally through to someone. Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want £350!
-
Mahmut Tör (@MahmutTor) reportedDear @virginmedia and @ThreeUK One of you cut our broadband service, the other one doesn’t provide mobile signal even though we pay both of you. could you supply some pigeons please?
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
