The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Kirkhamgate, England@Wilko_UK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken Hi, it does pop back now and again and it's been hard reset a few times without it restoring things - I'm blighted with an underlying network issue apparently. Currently using 3G anyway.

Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans
-
The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.
-
immy (@immy15619175) reported from Leeds, England128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.
-
Becky Nicholson (@huggybecky_1975) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.
-
Becky Nicholson (@huggybecky_1975) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

-

Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
