    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

    So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

    @andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

    @formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't get through on 333, Live Chat disabled, no option to log a complaint as required by Ofcom, will try writing you a letter tomorrow or failing that smoke signals. Over 10 years as a loyal customer to be treated like this.

    @ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for the response. I have been a customer for 10 yrs with 4 contracts . I was offered an upgrade Thurs 14th April which I took . Cancelled on Friday 15th as my new contract with another provider had just started . Which was my fault . Was told this would take 48 hrs ..

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Laura! Since Monday I think. There was some engineering work at the weekend I think but it got really bad yesterday. Now it's just at one bar, we live really close to a mast so that's a bit odd.
