@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

@ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport Can't get through on 333, Live Chat disabled, no option to log a complaint as required by Ofcom, will try writing you a letter tomorrow or failing that smoke signals. Over 10 years as a loyal customer to be treated like this.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

@ThreeUK have to be the worst Network going. For 2 years I have constantly had awful signal, missed calls, dropped calls. After numerous complaints they told me I could terminate my contract early free of charge. Yet they continued to charge me after leaving 🙄

@ThreeUK Don’t recommend friends, they won’t thank you. Shockingly bad service, always cutting out (50-100 times a day for me). Indian call centres who won’t deviate from script or help. As an example, watch the scripted automated response this gets.
