@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

@ThreeUK your data service along Euston Road is shocking. The run from near Paddington to Euston is unusable from a data perspective. And it has been like this for months. You need to send out an engineer in a cab back and forwards to find out where the gaps or dodgy cells are.

@ThreeUK when I enquired at your Westfield Stratford store why the 4G was so bad there I was told ‘it’s because there are so many users’ and to turn the 4G off and try 3G. I pointed out I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max and couldn’t do this. Any ideas 3?
