    @andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

    @ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

    @formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't get through on 333, Live Chat disabled, no option to log a complaint as required by Ofcom, will try writing you a letter tomorrow or failing that smoke signals. Over 10 years as a loyal customer to be treated like this.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just sims that are about 1-2 years old. I have always topped up with voucher or 444 - but about a year 1/2 ago, that sales message appeared when trying to but via unreg CC. When it worked, there never was an advert interrupting the top up process.

    @ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

    @ThreeUK 3 rubbish.They just stilling your money! They are providing extremely unstable connection which cannot normally download video, photos and even audio then they force you to buy new contract, but the quality is worthless. Stone Age service and sales.. Just stealing your money.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, & on different phones (always happens a couple of days before needing 2 topup). This has been mentioned by quiet a few customers. I used the app in the end, but it's daft that I can't enter my card via 444. It may not happen 4 everyone, but it certainly is a real issue.
