    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    @Wilko_UK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken Hi, it does pop back now and again and it's been hard reset a few times without it restoring things - I'm blighted with an underlying network issue apparently. Currently using 3G anyway.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport have been having really poor signal an mobile devices and three broadband in the HP23 area, and generally poor signal on my new iPhone. Any idea why? It’s very inconvenient, especially as I have just increased my monthly contract cost!

    Today's episode of Capitalism Is The Worst: @British_Airways makes you call them to use a future travel voucher on an 0844 premium number and @ThreeUK charges £0.65 PER MINUTE, only for you to sit on hold for an hour and a half and the call drops out when someone answers 🙃
