    @ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport At the beginning of lockdown 1.0 I locked my aim and needed a new PUK code. Roll on almost a year and my phone miraculously has WiFi but not phone or data. I've bought an upgrade and would like to unlock my new SIM. I've tried calling and nowt works. Help???

    @ThreeUK what a complete shower of **** this service is our lass has spent over 10 hours on phone on numerous occasions sorted things out eventually,only for the idiots to keep taking money when she's £400 in credit

    @ThreeUKSupport Why can I not send or receive ANY texts. Your customer service representative couldn’t tell me why. She said it could be that I have gone over my allowance. I have unlimited text allowance. You love fobbing customers off, we are not stupid! Just be honest

    @ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

    @ThreeUK I am overseas and I have called your Indian call centres cancelling my contract. Each time they assure me its cancelled and then more mail comes through to my UK address saying I owe money. If you wont cancel it over the phone what am I physically supposed to do?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Fix your ******* wifi, I couldn't load **** for the past 10 ******* minutes, Even @MicrosoftTeams didn't work 😐 Im using a 4G wifi thing too and its called ''mobile wifi'' and im in the same room as the box so im not sure why its so slow. 😑
