    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a bizarre fault where 4G data does not work for me in Lancaster city centre? Has been like this for a couple of months. 3G seems to work ok, and 4G works fine everywhere else in the country. Have tried phone reboot and reset network settings, but no joy?

    @ThreeUKSupport Compare to other mobile service providers Three Mobile is cheap not only cheap but has unlimited internet and hotspot. I have been with three for almost 8 years. Before every year when my contract ends I switch mobile service provider but since I been with 3 never had any problem

    @ThreeUKSupport This is everyone I know who is on 3 and it’s all around Sheffield. It’s been like this for months. Can’t get 3G as I have an iPhone 12 Pro, its 5 or 4 only. Honestly when we are out of Wi-Fi range our phones are pretty much useless. There is a major issue with 3 in Sheffield.
