    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport after spending over an hour on live chat not to be answered to try login in and your forgot password doesn't work and asking for a mobile number when it's in ipad how am I suppose to see when I'm due an upgrade if you can't get in touch with you on any way possibl

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK is it just me or does your network seem really slow over the last week. I’ve been Scotland, Birmingham and London. So pretty much all over the country and it’s been slow everywhere. Do you have an issue.....

    @ThreeUKSupport Why can I not send or receive ANY texts. Your customer service representative couldn’t tell me why. She said it could be that I have gone over my allowance. I have unlimited text allowance. You love fobbing customers off, we are not stupid! Just be honest

    @ThreeUK worst customer service I’ve ever encountered place an order for a new contract yesterday morning as well as paying 49 quid up front and 3 separate people I’ve spoke to haven’t a clue when my phone will be delivered after I was told it would be here today

    One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?

    why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

    @ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

    Calling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.
