They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.
