@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

@aisha05920164 @ThreeUKSupport Willing to bet they tell you it’s a local problem. Only short term and that 3G is the saviour!

@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

@ThreeUKSupport @Apple Well a month or so later, imagine my surprise when I see my bill has doubled. Turns out, you add the data on for future months cos, we’ll, you know people won’t realise/forget to cancel. This really did piss me off, I’ll be truthful (see, it isn’t hard)... the thing is...

@ThreeUK your agents in the India call centre need to stop pretending they can’t hear me. I’ve called 4 times every single one of them introduce themselves and the second I explain the issue they pretend they can’t hear me. Sort it out!

@ThreeUKSupport To receive an incorrectly addressed letter which basically says 'we're not listening to you so go and complain to an ombudsman' is appalling. It is clear no one has listened to the back story or is willing to explain to me why there was an issue with my complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport I have told you the issue so many times, via chat and through your call centre. I closed a pay monthly account in June '20 via your app and did not receive a PAC code as the SIM was used in a router. You took monthly payments from my account until I stopped it in Jan '21
-
Paul Richards
(@pjrichards2005) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I then was told that a resolution would be sent by email. In the email it stated if you weren't happy respond to the email. I did. I received another email saying someone would call in 7 days. I then received a letter saying you couldn't resolve the issue.
-
Paul Richards
(@pjrichards2005) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I have just spent the past 90mins trying to resolve the issue with your colleagues. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone in your refunds dept instead of doing this all via social media and chat functions. That doesn’t seem possible though!

@fonehouse I've emailed you regarding a Three SIM card I've purchased from you that I'm trying to activate. @ThreeUK won't let me transfer my existing Three number in on this new SIM and want me to cancel my contract with you to keep my no. Is there anything you can do to help?
