    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at ยฃ51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    @ThreeUKSupport At the beginning of lockdown 1.0 I locked my aim and needed a new PUK code. Roll on almost a year and my phone miraculously has WiFi but not phone or data. I've bought an upgrade and would like to unlock my new SIM. I've tried calling and nowt works. Help???

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and ยฃ4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUK customer for over 22 years multiple contacts I asked for an iPad contract to be cancelled 4 years ago as the contract ended 4 years prior...a year later still taking payments got it cancelled again, tried so many times to sort this out...now I'm being threatened by legal
