    @adilondoner @ThreeUK I made it all the way to number 1 but chat ends at 6pm and I never got through. I can't waste a other day on it. Corona is not an excuse for a 9 hour wait. You cannot tell me that a mobile phone company can't get the tech so its employees can WFH! #fuming

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport It always says it's "updating" and then I get a "refresh in 15 minutes", but I've been with 3 for months and had the app for months and not once have I been able to see my bills on the app. My mum has the same issue

    @ThreeUK why doesn’t your Wifi network Three_Wifi work on the Elizabeth line stations at Liverpool Street and Whitechapel? It works at tube stations including Moorgate on the northern line, so it feels like this is a local issue on those platforms.

    @ThreeUKSupport Google don't seem to feel there is a rush to fix it. Just that their engineers are investigating a fix as it is affecting more than just me. Three taking no ownership of the issue as it's clearly a Google issue...but I have a contract with Three and I pay Three not Google.

    @ThreeUKSupport Google Pixel 6 Pro - updated to Android 13 yesterday as advised by Google as a potential fix - the problem occurred on Android 12 and now also on Android 13. No phone calls or texts on network only via WiFi calling

    @ThreeUKSupport abysmal service from yourselves, had to contact customer support on 3 occasions now about a damaged /missing delivery, everytime I’m told it’s resolved and it still hasn’t been. Clearly a big mistake renewing my contract 😡
