    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've just had an email from Three Broadband (almost looks 100% legit but not sure) saying my direct debit failed? I'm not a three customer at all (was a mobile customer over 2 years ago & Relish 5 years ago), can I confirm with you if this was legit or an error?

    @ThreeUK so fed up of 3 taking money out of my account every month for a service I'm not able to use at all. The reception in my home or pretty much ANYWHERE else is almost non-existent. One bar if I'm lucky!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport once again signal is rubbish in LA22. Currently no signal and when I do have it calls are dropping. Not the only one complaining. Do we have to go through this again! No issues with Vodaphone.

    @ThreeUK @jordanfstephens Always thought there was an accident going to happen, but it never happened or if it did I dont remember it, came to us too late, shudda had more years out of him, thanks to us giving a map how to get to Leeds, still cant believe that !!
