    @ThreeUKSupport i got the replacement sim when i called up three after i got my phone stolen a while ago and only got a replacement yesterday - i’ve tried taking it out and tried in another phone too and still no service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing happens, shows all the correct carrier settings in settings but doesn’t show three in the top bar, and I get no signal. I can’t call three from it either :(

    @ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

    @ThreeUK is an absolute joke of a service. Part 4: I was then told their technical team was working on it and they’d have it fixed in a few days. This was 5 days ago. No follow up. No resolution.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have no idea if the complaint has been closed or not, I just get a stock response to each email. Phone bereavement who advise all they can do is close the account- how can that be an acceptable outcome? This can't be your approach to the elderly, it just cant

    @ThreeUKSupport Speak to the bereavement team.. who can apparently close the account and nothing else. Your accounts team need to get a grip of this. You can't be charging vulnerable people without any communication or checks for a service they are neither consuming or receiving

    @ThreeUKSupport I get very poor 3g at home, so bad it always drops to 3g. Considering three have announced they are dropping 3g by 2024, can you give me a reason to renew in November?
