@ThreeUKSupport At the beginning of lockdown 1.0 I locked my aim and needed a new PUK code. Roll on almost a year and my phone miraculously has WiFi but not phone or data. I've bought an upgrade and would like to unlock my new SIM. I've tried calling and nowt works. Help???

Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Your data reliability is a joke. On 4G it barely ever works. It’s actually better when it drops to 3G. And finding a 5G spot is like finding a winning lottery ticket. You were far better years ago, wish I’d never come back to you.
