@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve lived in the area for over a year but it’s getting progressively worse. The fact I can’t even load a simple web page through a hotspot when I have a 5G enabled device is terrible. I’ll send a DM just now with my home postcode and the post code of the area I’m in now

@ThreeUKSupport pretty exhausted now. Have terrible service in the house (combined with my poor wifi, it’s great). Now out and about with several bars of 4G and I can’t even load pages on my phone at any speed, let alone run a hotspot. Price went up, service went down.

@applereviewsmon Mine was meant to come today from @ThreeUK been delivered by Dpd, but as yet no notification on delivery even though I have spoke to customer services and they say it’s definitely coming today, only another hour and a half until the shut off time for delivery by Dpd

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do - when my wifi works it’s fine but once it goes down, which it does every so often (wifi provided by another provider), I have no connection. Been like this since I moved home last June.
