@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUKSupport Months later we began receiving demands for the £927.11 from 3 then the demands began from Lowell. We had no phone to return cos we never got it & no contract 2 pay for cos he never used it. We had it confirmed that the account was closed 10/2/20. 3/

The entire way down Spring Bank (a major road into the city centre) I don’t get a good enough 4G service to use Apple Music or apps yet @ThreeUK just say that their services work there lol. Cannot wait to jump ship (tweeted from home cos it x doesn’t work x basically x anywhere)

@ThreeUK are honestly hopeless. Trying to cancel an upgrade and send back a tablet and they want me to send it back via Royal Mail in a "jiffy bag" and make me liable for any damage Royal Mail may cause. In their words "we have NEVER received a product damaged by Royal Mail". Wow
