Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. New phone and sim arrived. I phoned up and customer services said put the new sim in, they would activate it so my old sim would stop working and my old number would transfer across. This worked for half an hour, and the new phone and sim showed my old number 1/
