    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUK congratulations on ripping off my 75 Yr old mother in law. Sell her a new contract over the phone then continue to take the direct debit payments for the old contract. Then tell her its her fault for not cancelling it and refuse any refund. Anyone else had same issues?

    @ThreeUK Unbelievable!!! Paid £275 payment weeks ago and was assured by 2 agents on separate days that the Direct Debit would only be £71 yet the full £345 has been taken. I want a refund and an official complaint opened! How do I sort this. Don't tell me to phone as I'm deaf!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your live chat service for the record took a lot of time explaining to me what a direct debit is which was not a good use of anyone's time. It's very hard when there is nobody to speak with. My next step if you cannot help properly will be to go to the ombudsman I guess.

    @ThreeUKSupport Money has been taken from my account 3 months after closure. Before I challenge the DD at bank, how do I check if this is genuine? Obviously I no longer have access to the account. I’ll cancel DD later.
