@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport The charging port won't work, ive purchased new chargers are thats not the issue. Pretty poor considering the device is not even 12 months old. I've had to purchase a wireless charger. When I rang last time someone just hung up on me.

@jimwaterson I tried desperately to get @virginmedia to connect my mum weeks ago and they refused because of her age. I have been a customer of theirs for a decade as has my mum. @richardbranson had not put people first. Only profit. And now wants bail outs. Thankfully @ThreeUK saved the day

@ThreeUK Would not recommend 3 anymore. Happy to take your money but then not resolve any issues. Extremely disappointed
@ThreeUKSupport I don't see that fair. Even when my bill comes out my account it would just about me a month so don't see its fair im being charged for days I never had my phone.
