Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport Ah, okay, that makes sense. So if I order the 5g model and sim, will that future proof me for when 5g is available in my area, and will just run at 4g in the mean time, or is it locked at 5g and if no signal is found, you get nothing? Thanks for the help Jade.

@ThreeUK trying to buy the data passport on 2 different days just before I arrived in turkey wouldn’t work in turkey now and can’t even find the page to buy again link is terrible no clear navigation will be leaving three as soon as contract is up! Joke!!
