@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK Three customers now can't access their accounts if they don't have access to their phones (dead battery, lost etc) SMS code only to access accounts online... No option to email code... Customer services and complaints not interested...

@ThreeUK still no 4G data in Watford/Bushey/Stanmore areas. Been days already. What’s going on? Do I get refunds for these continuous network issues??
@ThreeUKSupport, please sort out your network issues otherwise there will be one less to bill. Been a customer almost 10 years and since I took out the latest contract, that's when the problems started. You have until Aug 2022. No need for the postcode.

@ThreeUKSupport, you have until the end of my current contract with is Aug 2022, which I've been a customer since 2012 to sort out your network issues otherwise I'd have no option to switch. Never had any problem right until last year when this started. No postcode needed
