    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    Are you on @ThreeUK mobile Ithe UK? Are you having trouble phoning anyone and texts taking up to 24 hours to get through. I have a new phone (N20 Ultra} and it's working well! It might have upset them because I bought the phone direct from Samsung. I wanted the copper one!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve given extensive details of what’s happened. I’m not going into you live chat. I’ve wasted 4 days doing that with no result and further inflicted issues from incompetent staff: it’s a hard pass from me.

    @BouvierStephen Having been a @ThreeUK for over 20 yrs I have recently decided there is no reason whatsoever to go into one of their stores. Queues are long, staff is slow and life is short.

    I don’t understand why @ThreeUK would force people to switch on to their network from @three_broadband and then not just deliver the promised service less than 3 weeks after it started.
