    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport Its happened on 3 people over text, I have to try a few times until it says delivered or sent. Its people when I send longer texts and just keeps saying fail when it's done normally. I've had to split them all up like the old days, also I sent one to someone a line & its failed

    @ThreeUKSupport I have found the same deals a LOT cheaper elsewhere, so wanted to see if you could offer me anything similar to retain my loyalty. But I’m afraid because of your terrible customer service, I’m looking to leave.

    Honestly you wouldn’t think it was so hard to take out a new mobile phone contract @ThreeUK your customer service and sales departments need some serious training!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having big issues with my phone and signal and had a couple of issues where I was lied to about things and when my signal would return. My WiFi is on so that's covering up the signal status eg 4g or not. Last week a couldn't even ring or send due to my signal

    Honestly terrible service from your team. I just spoke to someone who said they could do nothing for me when you have increased my price plan but your are advertising the same plan online for cheaper. The agent also hung up on me after not giving any help @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Scott can you give me direct contact details please. I have 3 complaints outstanding with three. No idea which one you think you’ve resolved or how you can claim to have resolved it without discussing the supposed resolution with me first. Infuriated in the extreme.
