@ThreeUK ok I've been in touch with @Xiaomi 3 or 4 times about my mi11 having a faulty charging port only to be ignored. I need help or I will refuse to pay my bill as nothing is being done

  • BenLimehouse Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England

@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

  • FTD_Talk FTD Talk (@FTD_Talk) reported from Great Malvern, England

@ThreeUK I've messaged you and @Xiaomi several times about my charging port not working, if I don't hear from you to fix this in 7 days I'm stopping my payments til somebody does something

  • Mrrking1 Josh King (@Mrrking1) reported from Longley Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

  • Mrrking1 Josh King (@Mrrking1) reported from Longley Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

  • russmini Russ Wynn-Smith (@russmini) reported from Redditch, England

Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

  • ryanfaf Ryan Price (@ryanfaf) reported from Worcestershire, England

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Worcestershire, England

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

  • eaglesboy2 Rob (@eaglesboy2) reported from Malvern Wells, England

3 times I’ve called and it’s still not be done. Farcical service. @ThreeUKSupport

  • FTD_Talk FTD Talk (@FTD_Talk) reported from Great Malvern, England

  • Ashuk2020 Ash UK 🇺🇸🇬🇧 (@Ashuk2020) reported

@ThreeUKSupport How patronising lol I’m not deranged and fully aware of how IVR systems work - but none of the options route you to CS. I asked you to try for yourself but never mind.

  • ceefa13k jade chan (@ceefa13k) reported

@ThreeUK Why is it as a new customer I can get a better deal from a 3rd party retailer (Still with 3 network) but it will cost me £91 extra directly as an existing customer?

  • MikeTellEm Only Mike #MOSH #MUFC (@MikeTellEm) reported

Honestly @ThreeUK network is so bad. I’ve been with them for as long as I can remember and it’s never been this bad. it’s so bad that when I’m out I have to hotspot from my o2 work phone. Is this life?

  • rustyg100 RG (@rustyg100) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had it for less than 1 year. It’s an iPhone 7 It’s fine. Your operative made it clear that you wouldn’t help so I’ll be changing provider

  • nickrosenthal Nick Rosenthal (@nickrosenthal) reported

@ThreeUK So the VOIP provider? They wanted to do a firmware update. And in the process, they rendered my phone "unusable". "Please send it back to us, then we'll check it and send you a replacement out" Cough. Total customer service fail. Actually *refused* to send me one out first!

  • Erynnn eryn 🦩 (@Erynnn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We have had no wife on our Three 4G rooter all day and our phones are also not getting any signal. Quite challenging when trying to work from home... are there problems at the moment in our area?

  • PeterWilde19 Peter Wilde (@PeterWilde19) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And if it doesn’t? I’m only concerned about the number take-over happening and then my current sim on the other network being disconnected.

  • lonetwi sky (@lonetwi) reported

@ThreeUKSupport i ordered a trio sim since February and now over a month, no sim was delivered. Try to contact customer service and was told the account is suspended and need to pay the bill. U didn’t even see or receive the sim. Very disappointed service.

  • UncleMcCoy Dan ‘Bones’ McCoy (@UncleMcCoy) reported

@ThreeUK topping up with your website is the worst thing that ever happened to me. No I don't know if my 20£ payment went trough as after the page hanged 2minutes I've been redirected to the home with no confirmation whatsoever

  • nickrosenthal Nick Rosenthal (@nickrosenthal) reported

@ghargreaves @ThreeUK I've been with this VOIP phone company for over ten years now. About £60ish per month, 12x per year. Let's call it £600 per year, over ten years = "customer worth £6k" to most businesses. Not to this VOIP provider. So instead of arguing, I'm finding a new provider :)
