    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    .@ThreeUK customer service absolutely shocking and your instore team at Solihull have really messed up my new contract by giving me false information when switching contract. I hope you call me tomorrow to rectify this. Absolutely appalled

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have had accounts with three. When I joined the bloke in the shop set up two contracts when I only wanted one. I haven't been able to end this account because I've never used the sim card, how can I end the account and sort this bill out please?

    @ThreeUK hi, I'm currently a Three customer and due an upgrade. I've seen a deal on USwitch which isn't available direct with you so I'll be going with that. How can I go about transferring my phone number from my current 3 account to the new 3 account? Still need PAC?

    @ThreeUKSupport store, given sim and told I had everything I needed to set up, was not true, still can’t even log in to use the sim I was given in store. Customer service shockingly bad. You’ve stolen my money but also wasted hours of my life. I’ve never felt so screwed over by a company.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately no improvement. When I’m trying to use the internet on my phone it still says I’m not connected to the internet would I like to try using mobile data. I’m paying for an internet service I’m not getting.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been paying for months for a SIM card which never arrived, was resent, never arrived, asked to cancell and have my money back, was given £50 account credit, was then charged again to my bank account, not been able to log in with account details you’ve provided me, went into
