@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@disruptivedean think its about 80GBP, just thinking that local sims might sometimes not work in hotspots if they’re ‘handset’ plans, ThreeUK will block some sims that are in MiFi/Dongle but fine to tether. But I’ve never seen an operator block a ‘data sim’ put into a handset

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.
@katercarroll @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport .would be great if we could get broadband in our little Hamlet of a village it is either 4g with rubbish @ThreeUK who won't even support a charity worker or satellite internet which we can't get installed in current climate. Really disappointing after 3 years of @ThreeUKSupport
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport All other providers giving extra minutes and internet to their customers at this bad time, you hit me with a txt to say costs are going up 2.7% . Can't wait until contract is ip.

So if @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can not cancel my contract within the 30 days, I will have to pay the whole year..... talk about ripping customers off...... says you can not do it online despite having a webpage with a form to cancel contract
@MarkMawinter @ThreeUKSupport @aaronbrockhurst Try using internet explorer. Had the problem in Firefox and Safari. Support suggested using IE and that worked.
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 14 day money back extended to 30 days as they can not currently cancel my contract as they are working remotely and do not have access to my details, but after 30 days I will have to pay for the whole contract.....
@ThreeUK hi, I’ve cancelled my home broadband account via your online form - within my 14 days. But was just sent an email saying I need to pay for an early termination fee. Can you please cancel my account with the fee. DM for details

Hmmm.... yes I'm getting that vibe about their network (DNS down, they didn't realise how easy it was to fix, been the quickest ever since I used 184.108.40.206 DNS instead) - but they do 12 months and I'm moving house asap, so...thanks !
@ThreeUKSupport I have tried this. It does work on 3G but it is very slow on the second postcode on 3G is is not good.
