Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

I have to say, @ThreeUK is without a doubt the worst network I've ever used. Just spent three days in London and was unable to get a signal 90% of the time, ditto during the train journey home. My wife's @EE signal has been perfect all weekend. Absolute waste of time.

@ThreeUKSupport After just talking to apple c/s, it appears this is a network issue with @ThreeUK as the Watch has not even been able to communicate with the network, this really needs to be sorted out
