Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

But can’t change so now can’t do anything including cancel (as being moved to payg and want better options)

J (@JoCalH) reported@ThreeUKSupport It is all my passwords and I am not going to give him those. He also won’t phone, he has said so. I will now have to go to payg as I have been notified contract will change to, not use and move to another network, lose my number, which will cause a lot of issues.
