    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    .@ThreeUK customer service absolutely shocking and your instore team at Solihull have really messed up my new contract by giving me false information when switching contract. I hope you call me tomorrow to rectify this. Absolutely appalled

    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ThreeUK Can I just say, your signal has been really ******* **** lately. Tried to make a call for a medical purpose just now, the other person can’t hear me because I keep breaking up and it was an important call. So thank you.

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep was put through to someone on the second tier network team. Said my local mast was congested so the mobile internet was slow at busy periods. Told me to put my phone in 3G only mode to alleviate. Said no plans to upgrade mast so would be 3mths min. No discount offered

    @ThreeUK after over 15 years, I have ended my contract! Cutting off my service because of ‘suspicious activity’ without any contact with me first. I disgraceful 4 1/2 days to sort it out.
