Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

Becky (@chibs9105) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England@ThreeUK once again, can’t call or text anybody, and my service has dropped in Leamington. Once again paid £47 for no service, and you still want a nearly £300 to exit my contract early (it finishes in January!)

Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.
