    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    .@ThreeUK customer service absolutely shocking and your instore team at Solihull have really messed up my new contract by giving me false information when switching contract. I hope you call me tomorrow to rectify this. Absolutely appalled

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Itโ€™s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, canโ€™t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, Iโ€™ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I canโ€™t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUK Update received a SIM card waited 20 hours for it to activate Iโ€™m now going to the store to pick up a new SIM card, I canโ€™t believe this is how the treat their customer Iโ€™m a OAP I have been told to walk to the shop to collect the SIM card, disgusting service

    1/ ๐Ÿงต @ThreeUKSupport are such a gross company Background: my Great Aunt is a bit odd. She wonโ€™t pick up her home phone unless you ring 3 times, put the phone down and call her again. This resulted in my family not knowing she had fallen & ended up in hospital 2 years ago

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Iโ€™m a broadband customer who lives in South East London, Iโ€™ve had no broadband for over two days and was advised that it should be ok within 24 hours when I contacted your support line, Iโ€™ve been given no information on the issue can you advise? Thx Richard
