    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    I JUST NEED MY WIFI TO WORK CONSISTENTLY. @ThreeUK honestly feel like you just hate me at this point. my 5g magically turned into 4g a few months ago, then down to under 10gbps consistently, now literally just cuts out all the time. are you trying to break me? it has worked.

    @paperghost @ThreeUK ✅ Need to login every single time ✅ Two step process for adding money, then spending those magic beans on 'add-ons', which are the actual service bundles. ✅ Expensive rates if you forget step 2 & spend the magic beans as you go ✅ Can only refresh 'credit status' once per hour
