    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ThreeUKSupport I specifically contacted customer services and was reassured you’d not switch me to a plan I never asked for after lapsing my previous one. My PAC codes are already with the new provider awaiting the SIMs. Your offer of a £20/phone monthly discount to stay with you was rejected.

    Do you know how happy I am to be away from @ThreeUK. No more unreliable service, shockingly weak signal strengths and constantly being passed on to different departments because nobody knows what’s going on. @EE here I come 👌🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport ongoing issues with 4G in Birmingham last few days especially in B1, B30 and B45 Will this be rectified. Entire family is on three next to no mobile internet in all these locations
