Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK worst customer service ever ppl!!! They make you pay when you just want your sim card back! Noone ever helps you and they keep trying to sell you products even when you say you don’t want it. Then charge you unethically just to get your sim card back!!!! Never recommend!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can three give an official answer. 1 Volte calling, does it work on a device not purchased from three sim free, 2 Will volte work on pay as you go and finally 3 does volte work across the three network. It seems customer support manager and others say yes

@ThreeUK slowest Internet I've ever had in my entire life. Should never have changed to you. Netflix can't open, BBCiplayer can't open. Nothing else in the house using the Internet so no excuse for such poor service.

@JarlRobinKyrie @ThreeUKSupport We had it for only two months before it just dropped and hasn’t improved since! First they claimed it was due to mast work, then claimed their weren’t any known problems then claimed last weekend it would be fixed within 7 days. Surprise surprise it’s as bad as ever
