@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK awaiting calls from the hospital re my elderly mother. Missed calls due to outage. Can't even call voicemail. Another lost customer as soon as I have time to find another provider. Unacceptable.

@ThreeUK Yeah being sorry is great but I need my service to be working that’s what I’m paying for…. And since there’s no chance of compensation for this (because this isn’t the first time this has happened and you never give compensation) I won’t be paying my bill this month 👍

@ThreeUK Four hours have now passed since the problem first arose. Please give a projected resolution timeframe! Customers need to plan if the service will continue to be down for hours, this afternoon, or all day. Just being ‘aware’ is not helpful.
