    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @alice_fearn @ThreeUK I had vodaphone once but couldn’t get a signal in my ground floor or basement of house in Marylebone, in central London. EE I have now is better but not much. There are blank spots with all providers, in the heart of the capital. I’d go with who gives you free EU roaming.

    @ThreeUK I just received an email stating that I can’t stay on my existing rolling contract - and as soon as I pick another one I get tied to new terms and conditions including a charge for go roam. As a long standing customer practically since day 1 I find this unfair.

    The @ThreeUK I'm in another country on emergency Travel to help critically ill family. You sent me a link for a data passport, that doesn't work. customer service chat ia down and no way so speak to a person on the help line. All costing me money to try. You thieves.

    My monthly SIM Only @ThreeUK contract has risen by 90% seemingly overnight. Inflation is “only” running at around 10% currently. Really poor timing wouldn’t you agree @ThreeUKSupport?

    @ThreeUKSupport You’ve effectively cancelled the tariff I’m on month to month and raised the tariff by 90%. Really poor timing. Can I please have the telephone number of head office to discuss this matter as clearly it’s a matter that the press would be interested in.
