    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport the past two days my husband has had the run around. We got ear buds as part of my daughters phone package they are fail and no one gives a damn. If you provide a product it is up to you deal with it if it becomes faulty as you were the retainer. #shockingservice

    @ThreeUKSupport hello. Iv been with your network for as long as I can remember and never had any issues with it, however recently (I.e the last few weeks) Iv struggled massively, nearly always only on 1 bar of signal, things never loading, messages taking ages to send!

    @impartialtoqeer @ThreeUK Be very careful if you are using 3 There’s an online scam scheme going on these days the scammers get hold of the numbers first then they sneak in to your bank account and steal money Never reply or give attention to texts u receive about ur bills .
