    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport I have made the complaint through the link you provided, but they are sticking to the same line. They are refusing to refund the money they stole from me on 21/07/22 for the month of July.

    @ThreeUK are an absolutely dreadful company and I highly recommend that nobody here ever takes out a contract with them. Their customer services are so bad that I actually think they are crooks doing it on purpose to stop people from leaving.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I’m using my new contract and number. Although it wasn’t until I called someone and a different number that I saw it was an issue. Disappointing to hear it’s not worked as it was explained that it would when I upgraded.

    Please do not use @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for your mobile phone contracts. I have been locked out of everything for a week now with no help whatsoever offered. DO NOT take out a contract with this company.

    @ThreeUK I left 3 for another network as they were cheaper. 3 called to offer me a much better deal. Explained I’d already left, they said that’s fine they will still honour the deal for me. Cancelled with other network to come back to 3 and now you’re saying you won’t honour it.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4) DPD said the parcel needs to be collected by this Saturday. So now no phone and nobody really seems to know what is going on. I still want the phone & new contract but with no solution I will end up having to go elsewhere
