@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

Exceptional customer service from Sharnli @ThreeUK customer services. Talked my mum through her options and took the time to explain each. If you have Customer device awards, she should definitely have one 🥇 #excellent #customerservice

@simon_wardle74 @ThreeUK Not really since that's what the test was for, to find issues that may not have been apparent before. Literally the whole point of testing.

@TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

@ThreeUK again slow Broadband speed, happens on a monthly basis. I phone customer service every month, but just get lip service. Yes I've checked the Network Status Checker which always says your fixing an issue in the area. Updates every 15mins and has done for 12mths!

@ThreeUK Shame you cant deploy them to Rustington and fix your service transmitters that have had a fault for 3 month now isnt it

@ThreeUK What you have is a hypothesis. You’ve proved nothing. Presumably you thought you’d fixed the same issue last summer when it failed initially. Why not repeat the test to be sure?

@ThreeUK Seriously? This is not how huge infrastructure projects are tested. Patch and hope never works.

@ThreeUK When have we ever needed an alert from the government? We never have. It's not the alert on your phones you need to cry about.
