Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK I bought the phone for 5g. Its yet to reach where I live. I phoned explaining this & got told there was nothing that could be done. I asked if I could have my bill reduced & got told no. Not a happy customer to see it now cheaper.

@ThreeUK I've been a customer for many years & have a contract with you for a Samsung A52s. I'm paying £42 a month, which is due to increase. Just been on your site & the same phone is now £37 a month for the same deal.
