    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport got charged £31 after turning my phone on after a flight to Egypt as soon as I landed some help/guidance would be nice as I haven’t used my phone out here at all

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a sim only deal now and I was told by someone from three that if I cancel my original sim only deal and use the new one my number I have now can be moved to my new sim only plan sim

    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay
