    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    Fantastic service from @ThreeUK early upgrade and phone was faulty. After a call yesterday need phone delivered this morning and faulty one taken away. Customer service done right #my3

    Really fed up with the number of unsolicited phone calls i’m getting from @ThreeUK from a call centre somewhere. They hang up when I say I only buy refurbished phones but then call again a couple of days later.
