@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@jameshjourno @ThreeUK My Ukrainian guests were given sim cards with unlimited data/texts/domestic calls etc last week. After 7 days it’s ‘run out’ and I’m being told to get a new Sim to ‘fix the problem’ - absolutely shocking service and an additional agree they do not need

@ThreeUKSupport They've admitted that there's a network problem. It's still not working. Despite this, according to your network checker there are no reported issues! @ThreeUK is utterly useless

Really unimpressed with @ThreeUK customer service…a legacy link to me for my 27yr old Olympic medalist son means I’m having to take a 3 hour round trip so a new sim can be authorised. #ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport I've just signed up over the phone today, but when calling to check that everything went through (as I've not received any confirmation email), it turns out the agent has created multiple orders. What on earth. Can someone help please?

Never have I ever received bad customer service like I have at @ThreeUK. Nobody can communicate and at my expense? Now they're taking £200 more out of my account tomorrow than agreed. I will never use them again.

@ThreeUKSupport The store couldn’t see the account which is why they referred me to live chat. Live chat told me to get a new sim as there is no such thing as unlimited data for 30 days. Honestly, why is it so hard to speak to someone who can actually see and fix the problem

@ThreeUKSupport Tried the online chat and they told me I need to call. Once again, spent half an hour running checks on the phone only to be told it's a network issue. I go through this every time! Last time they admitted that there's a problem with a local mast. When will it be sorted?
