@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUKSupport @dw_rarr Got same problem with my Pixel 6 on EE. Plus also phone wont auto toggle to 4G if 5G data bad. This was before Android 13. Now in middle of EE/Google customer service sloped shoulder exchange! Seems to be a sim provider config problem....tbc

@ThreeUKSupport It’s still asking for a password, I’ve never been on the website on that laptop. I think it’s picking it up from the phone number now as after putting in the number it asks for email registered to account but surely it shouldn’t even be linked yet.

@ThreeUK could you please explain why I've had to phone you about a cancelled contract 3 times, 3 times being told the account is closed by your 'customer service' team. Reassured everytime I haven't been charged, everything is sorted, only to be threatened with debt collectors?
