Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been through all of this before and was told it’s because a mast in my area has problems and three have no intention of fixing it. So I basically get faster speeds at 3G then 4G

@threeuk since upgrading to new SE 2020 (from Three to new Three contract), and having spoken to a service advisor to get my old number on the new phone, my old phone is still fully functional, but I cant get messages or access voicemail on new phone.
