Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport When I type my phone number in it just says we are having technical difficulties right now, and I’ve tried on 4G, 5G and Auto and all are not working. I am waiting for a number change as I sent off a form this morning with my pac code, could that affect it?

@ThreeUK Hello, I have a (very) old 3 PAYG SIM, which I have put in a new 5G phone, and it only shows 4+ for network speed - I take it the SIM can't do 5G, so how I do go about getting a new 5G-compatible SIM, while keeping the same PAYG number? Thanks!
