    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUK ok I've been in touch with @Xiaomi 3 or 4 times about my mi11 having a faulty charging port only to be ignored. I need help or I will refuse to pay my bill as nothing is being done

    @ThreeUKSupport Searching back on Twitter I can see your billing system has been broken in this way for years. I found one user who triggered spending cap alerts as soon as their bill was produced as it was over their limit. Stupid.

    @ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ I’ve been been having problems since this evening. 4g broadband not working and data on mobile not working either. It appears to be a network issue rather than a router issue as I’m not using the Three supplied router.

    @ThreeUKSupport so, we join 3 and every since have had rubbish connection. Same excuse when we ring “Oh there is an outage” “Oh, we are working on the network” we still paying for a service we don’t get. We want a refund and early closure of our contract without penalty

    @ThreeUKSupport Started last night around 6:30, still ongoing. I’ve changed the DNS servers on each of my devices which has fixed the problem, but I have some devices which I cant change the settings on (smart bulbs, Alexa etc), which are having issues staying connected.
