    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    Hey @SamsungUK, excellent customer service BTW regarding a repair for the A70 I got my sister Dec 2019 (sim card stopped working after update. @ThreeUK store team kindly tried sorting too) CS was a 🌟Arranged collection of device so no need to travel to repair centre. Kudos!

    @ThreeUKSupport Same as last time. “Another 7 days” “check back on the status checker” “problem with a mast in your area”. Not a single piece of new information since 5th October.

    @ThreeUKSupport It has been going on for weeks can't even get 3g or 4g half the time all I get is H+ and even at that it says full bars but I have to turn airplane mode on or mobile data of for 1 min to reset signal at least 10 times a day
