@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK We had four phones in the house, none of us got the alert. It realy questions the capability on reliable service. And I hope there will be nice fine for you company from goverment.

@ThreeUK Perhaps it might be because you don't appear to know how to run a phone network, just about every other ”major network" will give an eSIM to an existing customer without a problem, 3 says no you can't have one, I don't understand why 3 are stuck in the 20th century so much🫣
