    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, I purchased a Huawei mifi box from your Bangor (NW) store a while back, 2 year contract - was promised 50mbs download, have her (18months later) to have above 1mbs and is normally 0.05 or below, not really worth £24 a month when it doesn't work

    @ThreeUK should cancel people’s payment when their contract ends. But they are happy to keep taking peoples money when they don’t call to cancel their contract. I think this is just stealing people money #threesim #three #stealing

    @ThreeUK checked the website to see if there were issues and it's been fixed, but still don't have mobile data. I've restarted the phone and tried airplane mode. But still nothing. Postcode is SN3 2LZ. Thanks

    Do @ThreeUK have the most inept customer support possible? Simple request for a VAT invoice by supplying the order reference number is a seemingly impossible task 😡😡 Note to self and anyone else reading this, avoid dealing with @ThreeUK 👎👎 @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Too late. I was given permission to speak on her behalf as I have run my own sales teams for over 20 years and your customer service is amongst the worst I have come across in all that time. You were warned that you would get buried on the net if you treated me like an idiot
