    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why your network all of a sudden is probably the worst on the planet? Never known a network go down to much. Absolute piss take when customers can’t get hold of me potentially loosing out on business. It’s every week now. WR65DR

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven't called. I got in touch with three ages ago who told me to get in touch with @Xiaomi who never returned my messages or emails and three have not answered my messages until I threatened not to pay

    @ThreeUK ok I've been in touch with @Xiaomi 3 or 4 times about my mi11 having a faulty charging port only to be ignored. I need help or I will refuse to pay my bill as nothing is being done

    @ThreeUKSupport After filling in your chat form saying I wanted to cancel I spent ages going around in circles with someone who then had to pass me ‘to another team’ which was a 20min wait who then asked me all the same questions again before eventually managing to cancel my account.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to customer services again and wasted another hour for the number 078281125096. I never used this number and cancelled on the 5th day in lockdown when they had no customer services calls and I had to do online. Am not paying 265.12.I want my £18 back

    @ThreeUK you guys deserve a medal for customer scam of the year: feel from home is slowly being removed and replaced with £2 daily charges. You might need to work on your communication plan before you lose more business than expected

    @ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue last week in the office too but put it down to a mast being down or something but exactly the same issue this week too. Yes I've restarted my phone but it doesn't help. My day to day job relies on me being on the phone all day so this can't continue

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly. Voicemail was disabled and re-enabled a couple of times, the account was 'refreshed'. Issue has been ongoing for a number of years. It occurred when a voicemail was received while number was unavailable while being ported from @O2
