    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport Seems to be working now after much internet research and reboots. Don't take this personally but so far support is a bit rubbish for a new customer and signal is awful. Even though your map is showing decent 4G I'm getting minimal/no 3G signal here. 14 days to get refunded right?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey hey! Fiancée recently upgraded. Assumed it would just continue on her old number, but a new sim and number have been sent instead. Is there a way to continue on her old number and cancel the new one?

    Please explain why it has taken @ThreeUK over 2 weeks to provide me with a PAC code and then they have the nerve to now block me from calling them on my temporary sim given by them !!!! 😡 😡 😡 Sort it out! @ThreeUK @ThreeUK Never using them again! People save your money !

    @ThreeUKSupport This started as a complaint about bad service 10 days ago now cut off for 5 days how much worse does it get then ok if you want to leave as we are so bad you will have to pay for the privilege

    @ThreeUK Its been over 24hrs and I still can’t receive any incoming calls on my business mobile. Did I make a mistake by 1. Being a good customer and paying my bills on-time? Or 2. Subscribe to 3 mobile? My Mob#074****8948. @Ofcom I was told by 3 this is widespread.Pls take note!

    fed up with having to fight for every fair deal with any utility @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. I call trying to get a match against a competitor + get told "best offer" is still 100 more than comp. Guy on phone says he doesn't think I'll leave because i've been a customer for so long
