@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUK's customer support is an absolute joke. Trying to get a new SIM card, ending up in an endless loop of "We've sent a text to that number" (for the SIM card I can't find). Been on hold to Web Chat for 40 mins now, "Please wait for an agent". Never again.

@SketchLisa @ThreeUKSupport Speak to Three directly, do NOT use the number they contacted you with, use the Three customer support number. We had similar purporting to be form O2, a quick check with O2 warned e of the scam and how to detect official O2 calls/texts.
