As I am not happy to keep this phone for 2 years and pay that much I ll stop the direct debit u can get the ombudsman involved or court, please let’s fixed this

Manish Reddy (@Manish_Reddy143) reported@ThreeUK Now after speaking to customer service for nearly 5 HOURS, 3 departments,to approx 8 people,still they r coming up with new excuses and disconnecting the calls just at the moment when i think that my problm will be resolved.This is really outrageous n quite frustrating.
