-
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, WalesAlso @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?
-
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUKSupport Yep, just painful trying to get it done. The service lets down your excellent staff in store.
-
FabDad (@dad_fab) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. I’m at my wits end dealing with your telephone team in India. It’s my Mothers account - she is 91 with dementia. You have a Court Deputyship Order, my passport & driving licence yet I can’t pay the bill & close the account!
-
Chloe (@chloemay555) reported from Chepstow, Wales@EmmaWilks77 @ThreeUK Absolutely disgusting service never been so appalled 😑
-
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK
-
Lady Rachael of Chaol Ghleann (@rachaelhxx) reported from Bradley Stoke, England@ShaunMarmite @ThreeUKSupport Oh you poor love
-
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, England@irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesn’t care about keeping customers!
-
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.
-
Dais (@_daisysawyer) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.
-
Simone Jasmine Jones (@SimoneJonesx) reported from Alway, WalesImagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs
-
Venting Dicktorian (@OTweeter) reported from Bradley Stoke, England@ThreeUKSupport The call was the 6th call to your support team, Home Fi not working. Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.
-
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, EnglandSeems the problem is still getting worse having read social media, I’ve left three now! @Ofcom should @ThreeUK not be investigated for lack of service to existing contracted customers, it doesn’t seem fair!
-
Simone Jasmine Jones (@SimoneJonesx) reported from Alway, Wales@ThreeUKSupport You have lost me a customer as of today and my complaint is currently with the ombudsman. Your staff and managers are awful!

-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Darpan_V_S (@DarpanVS) reported@ThreeUKSupport can you improve your 5G speed it’s worst than 2ng nowadays please.
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedHow odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
