@ThreeUKSupport I ended up spending 3 hours on webchat, 7 agents, 5 departments, and was treated appallingly. And the issue still isn't resolved. Thought it was but its not and honestly I feel like I need to lodge a formal complaint and speak to someone to resolve it now. Horrible experience.
