Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Pilning and nearby locations:

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

I feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!

  • reece_evans Reece (@reece_evans) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.

  • dstu51 David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK

  • petekc P.J.K-W (@petekc) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having call issues in BS1 and BS2. Calls cutting out after 1-2 minutes! Nearly £70/month for a poor indoor signal and this!

  • corylus Dr Hazel Phillips (@corylus) reported from Bristol, England

It’s all very well sending me a pin to reset access to my voicemail @ThreeUK but it’s 8 digits long and I can’t remember it, but you don’t give long enough to switch between apps on the phone. Now I have to wait til I have paper to write it down.

  • AlanBec Alan Bec FRSA (@AlanBec) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport BS5 iPhone 6s. Always have great reception, just this miri g it dropped to nothing, now back intermittently with one bar, so still ongoing issues Scime 9:30 AM

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Zanos7 They will not sort it for you pal. Lies. They sendyou to webchat. Someone in India every time and running 40 chat windows at a time. They assure you it will be fixed. It never is. 6 months now I’m trying to get my money back

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @cwh90 On the ball with smishing to protect your own interests. No problems taking money from peoples bank account though above and beyond agreed contracted amount.

  • lilmissbinks97 JahJah Binks (@lilmissbinks97) reported from Bristol, England

FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

  • coombaar Neil Coombs (@coombaar) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I need to contact you about an existing complaint - please can you let me know what email address I should use. Thanks

  • chloemay555 Chloe (@chloemay555) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@EmmaWilks77 @ThreeUK Absolutely disgusting service never been so appalled 😑

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @jess_addis3 Looks like Three’s social media department have been on the same customer service course as British Airways. Loads of platitudes & sympathy but little effective action.

  • coombaar Neil Coombs (@coombaar) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. You incorrectly took money from my wife’s bank account over a period of months. Complaint made, not yet resolved.

  • Livierirose Olivia Ramsey △⃒⃘ (@Livierirose) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUK I am SO BORED of signal/data just disappearing/showing as full but not working. It’s not my phone before you say it, otherwise @Three_Is_Broken wouldn’t have to exist.

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Katsumo95741728 If it’s an iphone 7 you might as well pick any postcode in the country. 4G Service (or rather lack of) is absolutely appalling. 3G not much better. Wish I’d stayed with #VirginMobile even if a bit more expensive. At least with them you can use what you’re paying for. #Three

  • stowtom2010 Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. Your web chat team agreed to a £5 credit for the recent disruption to the network but I’ve received no email to confirm and no credit is showing on my account. Please can you check

  • JeanRLeroux Jean Leroux (@JeanRLeroux) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Today is my day 5 without service ( Text, calls and data) I have two cellphones and Broadband, I tried reboots, airplane mode, my postcode BS13, I don't know what to do, I just have no service or intermittent service for seconds.

  • ClumsyAngel79 Jo (@ClumsyAngel79) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUK you have the worst customer service I have ever come across! None of you seem to know what’s going on I’m missing £400 I’ve been told you will call and they havnt. I’ve called in but now your to busy. U gave me a link to chat to with, it’s sent me to aDutch news website!

  • twbcreativetech Thomas Blundell (@twbcreativetech) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been able to, myself and others fail the credit check when we shouldn’t be. There has to be an issue with your system it says “sorry your credit check hasn’t passed”

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DuncanHogg_ Duncan Hogg (@DuncanHogg_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Since Oct 2021. There was also some issue resolving the transfer of my old number to my new SIM - this took a month and I'm still not sure that's entirely fixed either

  • SteveWatson79 steve watson (@SteveWatson79) reported

@ThreeUKSupport when we set up my sons new phone we thought the bill was coming out today 8/4 so put the money aside, but now we have realised that it's not coming out until the 27th. If we pay it early will there be any issues?

  • spinneywoods Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported

@ThreeUK so given the shite coverage is there a get out from my contract as you are not supplying a decent service

  • tdotpollard Pollard (@tdotpollard) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @johnathanlaw Doubling down on this - requested my PAC yesterday and received the same link/text at 9:02 this morning about Broadband and a Chromebook. Will also get in touch.

  • thatdiagramgirl Siân Goodwin (@thatdiagramgirl) reported

For the last three months or so I haven't been able to make phone calls or use data. What's more is that @ThreeUK are ignoring my complaints. So basically there service is horrid, customer and otherwise.

  • beckynorrisx Becky (@beckynorrisx) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi it’s still really awful signal. How long will this go on for?

  • iamKayRaja Carefree Kay ⭐️⭐️ (@iamKayRaja) reported

@ThreeUK great service from Zahid at your contact centre!

  • petrik_ivana Ivana Petrik (@petrik_ivana) reported

@ThreeUK you must be the worst network i have ever been with. 85% my FRIGGIN WHATSAPP MESSAGES won’t even load. When I went in store I’ve been told „maybe get off 4G and use 3G instead“ what is this 2012? I’m currently using pub wifi to tweet this

  • richardavsmith Richard Smith (@richardavsmith) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just decided to leave your network. I want to make clear: this is entirely due to you adding roaming charges and then forcing me at short notice to decide on a new contract that included them. Your main selling point for me for years was international roaming.

  • yumiout Yumi Blue (@yumiout) reported

@VodafoneUK Well that’s incorrect…. I switch to a @ThreeUK sim into my gigacube and it works fine with the PlayStation and isn’t restricted to NAT type 3. It’s a Vodafone network issue, admitted in multiple Vodafone forums. Please correct your information
