After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

@ThreeUKSupport is it just me or does your network seem really slow over the last week. I’ve been Scotland, Birmingham and London. So pretty much all over the country and it’s been slow everywhere. Do you have an issue.....

@ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

@ThreeUK How come @ThreeUK charge £274 for a monthly bill for a stolen phone extra charges when it was reported and been told then offered on the phone £60 off credit like it solves the issue? Customer service and in store agents are careless.

@ThreeUKSupport how do I get a data passport? WiFi means the data passport page goes to the three homepage (why!?), and if not on WiFi and just roaming turned on it says no Internet connection when I try to buy (obviously!). It's such a poor system. Please advise.

Honestly @O2 The signal in the USA provided via @TMobile is absolutely abysmal!!! Constantly no signal or 3G or 4G !!! I left @ThreeUK hoping for better signal and it’s shockingly bad at home and here in the states!!! Shouldn’t have to turn data on/off all day to get signal! 😡
