  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @paulwilliamsonx @ThreeUKSupport Sorry about your signal issues - but I’m afraid the current precipitation is the wrong kind of rain!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • deanbooth1985 Dean Booth (@deanbooth1985) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Good afternoon. I sent a DM regarding and issue with my phone. Could someone please get back to it. Thanks

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Words can’t describe how much bad feeling I have towards the company.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Halifax, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not asking you to access my account. I’m asking tou to contact me because every time I try to contact you I get cut off or palmed off to somone. Utter jokers. Your service is pathetic, no desire to sort anything. Also, it’s not you can’t, it’s you won’t. You can do anything.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

  • AcademeIt Academe IT Ltd (@AcademeIt) reported from Leeds, England

My @ThreeUK signal is always really bad in Leeds. 😡

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@aisha05920164 @ThreeUKSupport Willing to bet they tell you it’s a local problem. Only short term and that 3G is the saviour!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx That was my issue for months. If they had told me there was an issue I could have worked with it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve DM’d you, like you asked... and surprise surprise, no reply. Seriously, wtf.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Apple Well a month or so later, imagine my surprise when I see my bill has doubled. Turns out, you add the data on for future months cos, we’ll, you know people won’t realise/forget to cancel. This really did piss me off, I’ll be truthful (see, it isn’t hard)... the thing is...

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

    @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Kirkhamgate, England

@Wilko_UK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken Hi, it does pop back now and again and it's been hard reset a few times without it restoring things - I'm blighted with an underlying network issue apparently. Currently using 3G anyway.

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUK I wouldn’t, you are useless. Nothing but issues since I’ve joined you and you make it incredibly difficult to contact you. Please do respond with your ever so helpful “we’d love to help you Ben” message...

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @OnlyDancer Someone else being advised to switch to 3G Time to admit you have a problem and stop lying through your teeth. Shameless shambolic charlatans.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lukeflegg Luke Flegg (@lukeflegg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer of Three for over a decade. Please help make my phone work for 2 more days so I can get home safely.

  • DavidSShaw13 David Shaw (@DavidSShaw13) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You tell your customer service is from India as it’s not fit for purpose... are they robots as clearly can’t think except from reading from the mantra sheet

  • Andy09846500 Barney (@Andy09846500) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi I made the mistake of buying an amazon alexa which would not connect. The support line at amazon said there's a known issue with 3 network connectivity. Can you confirm this please? Also if this is the case why is this not communicated to your customers?

  • ChelssOwenss Chelsea Owens (@ChelssOwenss) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is there anyway you could help?

  • lukeflegg Luke Flegg (@lukeflegg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was just on Live Chat with a Three rep who told me Three have placed no restrictions on my account and I had to talk to my network here. I said I definitely think the restriction was made by Three - I can't even receive texts from my bank or get any signal. Now all your 1/2

  • DavidSShaw13 David Shaw (@DavidSShaw13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

  • DavidSShaw13 David Shaw (@DavidSShaw13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Good service in the circumstances to send a text your sim is approaching 180 days or email the account I mean in the last 8 years you sent me enough other junk mail but you’d rather steal the £20 plus. So you have lost a long time customer and you need to improve your customerser

  • StrongArmour20 Ms Blurry Face (@StrongArmour20) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had it for less than a year. I discovered it a few minutes ago when I tried to cancel and it said I had to pay over £300 first before I can cancel! I’ve always dealt with advisors via live chat as it’s easier with a screaming toddler in the background

  • tommymason13 tommy (@tommymason13) reported

@ThreeUK Why do I constantly have no signal in the middle of Manchester city centre ? Please help

  • crawshaw69 Tony C (@crawshaw69) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I got on the web chat, the person was just using copy and paste answers then transferred me to customer relations who told me I had to pay to leave or get a another line with another firm ?
