@ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

@ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

So, so disappointed that @ThreeUK is ending their Go Roam program after promising they wouldn't charge roaming fees. Being able to use my phone like normal when back in the US was why I went with Three. Lost a customer here.

There is no existing any restrictions between companies to use their coverage within other countries with no extra cost, it companies it’s self decides that they will charge their clients who are going abroad and use it. I’m at @ThreeUK store for a replacement sim for my faulty pay as you go sim I got from the airport for which I’ve paid £25. But there is absolutely no support that is being offered to me as your representative here says that the sim is not registered. This is a shame.
