They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping
