-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England@ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.
-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, EnglandSo @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.
-
jeli chong (@jelichong) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUK My network still coming and going all day today!! I am not too bothered about that until I need internet for my bus ticket!!! #fixit please!

-
Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, EnglandAfter 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Wibsey, England@AdrianAndreev @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Get yourself to an EE store. Nicest people ever. Called customer service with PAC and the guy gave me his direct email. Proper service.

Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.
-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England@ThreeUKSupport This is pathetic, my complaint is about being unable to contact you by phone and not being prepared to waste even more time queuing so you suggest... I phone you. Please will you DM me and I will give you my number for someone to call me. Take some ownership and sort it out.
-
Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England@ThreeUKSupport Reece, you have ignored my whole complaint. Could I ask you re-read the tweets. This is utterly embarrassing how you are handling this, please can you get someone to deal with the complain. I’d suggest someone phoning me. You can do me for my number.
-
Mark Garrad (@garradbaby83) reported from Wibsey, EnglandThree UK customers left without data after network failure - doesn’t seem that serious @ThreeUKSupport #threedown
-
alex (@AlexHeyAcro) reported from Bradford, England@Lost_In_Films_ @ThreeUK Yeah it’s scummy, they won’t do anything to help either, their app doesn’t work, and their customer service people are rude more often than not
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, EnglandHere’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.
-
Kemi Adeyemi - Wilson (@kemiwlson) reported from Dartford, England@ThreeUKSupport You enabled them because I never gave them access so I suspect you work with them I have asked several times you block @MoPlay as I never gave them access so who did @metpoliceuk #KindlyAdvise
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, EnglandI’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones
-
Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...
-
mary mandefield (@mandefieldx) reported from Lambeth, EnglandThank you @ThreeUKSupport for fully keeping me waiting for LONG. Trying to cancel a sim after your customer advisors told me.inhave dual sim when i do not
-
Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England@dpd_support just an update....lots of apologies but no action. Sorry @ThreeUKSupport you’re losing a loyal customer because of a poor delivery service.
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Ian Elske (@ianelske) reported from Gloucestershire, England@ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.
-
Ash❗️ (@A_J_92) reported from Birmingham, EnglandYour Minimum Term finishes on : 14/07/2019 does this mean I have to cancel this 14 June as I want to cancel it not continue. @MartinSLewis @ThreeUKSupport
