    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUK - disgusting service. Even other countries has better network connections. 0.2 mbps upload and 0.1 mbps download speed. **** to core. Even 2g connection may have been faster!!! Never say outside that we have 4g/5g network disgusted by service

    Should I be surprised or disappointed that in the Highlands of Scotland I had an amazing @ThreeUK 4G/4G+ signal and yet, while visiting Hartlepool, I get a terrible 4G signal that sometimes drops down to H or even 3G.

    @ThreeUK life is absolutely stuck after you messed by the number porting. Banks and credit card companies cannot send me a sms for purchase verification. Nobody can contact me. Even if things go wrong it’s fine - but you have shown the worst possible attitude at this time. @Ofcom
