    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ProTraderWes @ThreeUKSupport Apparently not, since they switched to 5G my 4G is just shocking ongoing for nearly 18 months I'm literally down the street from the mast. Never had a problem in previous 5 years. Off course they're denying it's their issue. If I stick an EE/O2 SIM in my phone, no problems at all

So far I have replaced the SIM card & changed phones but still no use they have no clue of what is the issue simple wasting time I am super annoyed as I can’t call anyone but able receive call & data is working fine but no outgoing cal
