    I believe O2 being down is linked to my Amazon seller app acting funny today, my Utilities company sending my an email every quarter hour or so. Even though my phone and tablet have received solid service from @ThreeUK all day so my work has been kept up because of them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, not for over a year. It happened while on a train coming back from Bristol, I lost signal and got the roaming R badge, I turned data roaming back on (I was in Japan last week, you charge £3/MB there) and got that message.

    Awful service from @ThreeUK. Pre-ordered phone was ‘lost’ which I had to find out myself. Am told to wait for a 5 day inquiry. Meanwhile I am £100 out of pocket with no phone. Terrible first impression as a new customer.

    @ThreeUK I have a sim only contract which the minimum term was till 01 June 2018. Can you please explain why the app now says minimum term until 23 Oct 2018? I have not agreed to this. Surely now when I decide to cancel I only need to give 30 days notice.

    @SarahRedsky @rosesandbricks @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @pepperbackfish @BBCWatchdog @O2 do have a "charge to bill bar" which can be applied to Consumer accounts (not to business accounts) effective against #payforitscams. They don't normally refund victims and have same cavalier attitude as @ThreeUK. @EE are the only network to offer real protection.
