@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

@ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

@ThreeUK worst customer service I’ve ever encountered place an order for a new contract yesterday morning as well as paying 49 quid up front and 3 separate people I’ve spoke to haven’t a clue when my phone will be delivered after I was told it would be here today

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Went on website, 7/11/20, cancelled but it kept throwing a pop up asking me if I wanted PAC (I didn’t) but the pop up wouldn’t let me carry on unless I said yes. Thought I’d managed to cancel, ordered new dim through O2 (very straightforward), moved on...

@PaulM268 @ThreeUKSupport They’ve updated their systems so that option could have been removed in those updates. You would need to use the pack that three would give you in order to post it over to another network and then switch it back that way.

@touched1983 @ThreeUKSupport Having the exact same issue Euan, let me know if they resolve it. Contract ran out but they continue to bill me on a rolling contract without my knowledge. Took 5 minutes to pay the bill but impossible to speak to someone to cancel.

@ThreeUKSupport I tried calling, recorded message told me lines too busy so use webchat (ironically one of the people at 3 I spoke to yesterday and the guy in the 3 shop told me always phone as the webchat is rubbish), webchat failed twice, when it worked links I was given to cancel didn’t work
