@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

The good news is, it's Three's fault which means once they sort the mess, your credit rating will be fixed. Bad news is, it takes ages.
