Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.
-
john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England
@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport @OnlyDancer Someone else being advised to switch to 3G Time to admit you have a problem and stop lying through your teeth. Shameless shambolic charlatans.
-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.
-
Rahab Behbehani (@Ra7oobii) reported from Leeds, England
Worst mobile network @ThreeUK :)
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!
-
Riee 👅 (@marietemitope_) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport what is wrong with your network tonight. Cant get any signal
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.
-
john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England
Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.
-
Steve (@stevenoulton) reported from Normanton, England
@ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England
@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

The emergency alert didn’t go out to the people (like me ) with the provider three @ThreeUK 🫥 #emergencyalert
-
MARK ANTHONY (@djmarkkelly67) reported
@asjmcguire @ThreeUK The signal still needs a number to be delivered too. I could potentially hack into a mast and get a signal to send a signal to everyone connected. It has to have a place to go.
-
Cate Sevilla (@CateSevilla) reported
@stokel @ThreeUK Surrey, on Three, we get very minimal signal in our house (but some) and didn't get the alert.
-
Kevin 🌍🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ #ToriesOut #NoLGBWithoutTheT (@polbikers) reported
@sarumbear @ThreeUK Yep. But should that matter? It’s supposed to be a national alert system. 1 out of 6 smartphones, across 2 1/2 networks all on 4G is pretty **** performance.
-
Lee Chalmers (@LeeChalmers27) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport All Three customers I know didn’t receive it! Very poor
-
Emma Waring (@emmajwaring) reported
@Tom_Glenwright @ThreeUK Yeah, I’ll happily swap the ability to receive emergency alerts for some semblance of a reliable signal…
-
David Smith (@smithdas13) reported
@ThreeUK I have been a Three mobile customer for 12 years. What is happening with this company? The last four years has seen my mobile signal at home drop to virtually nothing. Plus like many others I did not get the alert today. Shambles...
-
Dr Sarah MW (@doctorsaz) reported
@mikegalsworthy Except it didn’t work for those on @ThreeUK network….
-
John Michael Leslie (@Dr_Jon) reported
I forgot about the Emergency Alert this afternoon... luckily being on @ThreeUK they didn't give me a shock but let me enjoy my afternoon in peace... Bit of a worry if a #ZombieApocalypse happens tho...
