    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    Done a u-turn to rejoined @ThreeUk after a very short hiatus testing the waters elsewhere. Very disappointed with the big boys EE-O2-BT (yes I did try em’all) @ThreeUKSupport Main selling point is Three’s no nonsense unrestricted 5G& friendly Customer Service culture! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    @ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited darts but every time I open clubhouse it’s on for 30 seconds and it closes. I’ve checked my phone and it isn’t the problem because on WiFi it works perfectly. What’s going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. Yes I am, have two sim cards and also broadband (i was with Relish). I spent 70+ mins on the phone yesterday with different colleagues of yours trying to fix the speed issues, doubt u can do much over twitter. I was tweeting more for other people to see

    Never ever ever EVER going with @ThreeUK again! NEVER. Charged TWICE in January, refunded in February and in March I’m being charged TWICE AGAIN! You specifically told me my bill would be back to normal!

    @ThreeUKSupport Feeling very let down today - my 82-year old Mum is in hospital, can't use her @ThreeUK phone, isn't technical at all, can't make any calls but Support won't help me with it at all even knowing all that. Regret recommending 3 to her now. #Heartless
