    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    I bought a PAYG SIM card from @ThreeUK with 100GB data preloaded, but the damn thing doesn't work, and their website has no way to get in touch to try and sort it out. Annoyed! It registers to the network, but has no internet access.

    @ThreeUK Havent had service in all of skelmersdale for a month.. sooo nope.. not gonna order a phone when you take 2 line payments and cant even provide my service. Been without internet for a month. Had to buy a 4g ee pay and go sim just to get online. Thanks @ThreeUK

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @lisanandy can't remember when i had internet last. Was it yesterday or the day before. It is obvious the mobile phone itself is not an issue otherwise i would no be typing this. Currently at two bars and three which is ok

    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.
