    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @Kangaskahn @ThreeUK I tried to ask that on the Live Chat and they just said they were ‘aware of the issue’ and would ‘resolve it shortly’ but as far as I’m aware it still doesn’t work?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, thanks for the reply but it kind of misses the point. I wanted to use the online service because I don’t have the time to call. It turns what should be a quick and easy 2 minutes online which I could fit into my day into a protracted experience.

    Great service from @ThreeUK. Upgraded phone last week, was meant to be delivered yesterday and still not received it. Rang customer services and was told it would be another 72 hours!! Disappointed customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport TW10 6RU. Yesterday down until around 17:30. Today it stopped just after 13:00 and is still down. Speedchecker reports download at 0.36 and upload at around 4.00 my dial-up link with an accoustic coupler gave better results. When it works it is awesome when it stops it's pathetic

    @ThreeUKSupport You need to fix your mobile internet in Preston, over a year I've been told it's under maintenance is not acceptable. I am a remote worker and I have a meeting with my work because of internet connection issues recently. Fix your 4G internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, drove round my area an hr ago. Still no joy. Very frustrating to hear ur support team tell me my phone isn't 5g after they basically ran out ideas to help me.

    @ThreeUKSupport awful coverage today in L23. And yes, restarted, reset network settings, on the latest iOS, SIM is 4 months old, phone is iPhone 12 Pro Max 256Gb, fully charged - and it’s blue. Basically zero data all day, and reliant on Wi-Fi and tethering to my EE work phone.
