    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport But I was offered the credit after the cancellation of contract only and during the time I was in contract . So why was I offered it by a customer relation team? To make me fool?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was offered credit for something I paid but did not use any service. So upon the cancellation of contract I was offered credit. But now when I came to a contact of customer I was told you need to take a new contract to adjust this credit.

    @ThreeUKSupport The customer service is so bad that I have now taken a contract out elsewhere. Your customer service team are the worst ever. I have a complaint reference which should have allowed me to cancel the contract. I have no access to the account.

    @ThreeUKSupport What you suggested to do didn’t work? I’ve spoken with 2 other people on Three in the same area and they’re having the same problem! My handset was fine until 8:30 this morning..

    @ThreeUKSupport That is the reason I will recommend to never go with three. Because if the customer relation team didn’t made clear so how is it a customer’s fault . Why am I suffering . I’m a student and £100 matters to me. Coudnt expect this kind of thing from three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Whats the point. No issues in the area. Just crappy signal as usual. At my sis house on three dl was 9.0 ok fair enough on my sis o2 was 21.0 dl which is almost twice the speed i get. Im gonna buy a payg o2 sim to test at work and see if i get more that three. If yes cya three

    @ThreeUK do you know why there is no signal in the HD7 5DW area and if so when will it be back on? I need my phone for work and I’m losing money by having no signal!
