    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    So @ThreeUK have decided to introduce limits on how long you can use your data abroad for. I’ve been with them for over a decade but think it’s time to leave given that I spend most of the year in Cyprus. Any other network providers who don’t cap your roaming time?

    @ThreeUKSupport Still on an outlook on cancellation because the service isn’t probably at its best in my location and now I’m having to wait for a manager to come to the store to proceed further. Definitely bad experience

    @ThreeUKSupport issues again in my area (EH44) with signal. 4G router from you guys, and looks like it's limited to 3G currently, and that at unusable speeds. What's the problem this time? Really regretting using your service so far, as nothing but bother

    @ThreeUKSupport We all have Google phones, and my youngest daughter is also having the same issue as me and they work perfectly fine away from the house, my husband has already tried what you have just suggested with both to no avail! Could we be refunded for lack of service?

    @MidgetSSD @ThreeUK They sent a text to my mum that her contract needs changing but she's an elderly woman she doesn't understand wtf that means. it wasn't until i looked and saw they took 17 quid out today I realised they chucked her on an extortionate rate

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have already spoken to the technical support - on Sunday, 05/29 and yesterday 05/30 as well and this is another condition the store told me there is a 14-day cancellation and you tell or the customer service over the phone tell me it isn’t

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service is for the entire business I suppose. Do you have different service lines for stores and online and over the phone services? This sounds so new and confusing though
