    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport So no service until Monday when a new sim will arrive & advised to use wattsapp in the meantime. Wow. Three have the right people on the line convincing people to stay, just not the same investment on the resolution team.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    @ThreeUK Ordered my new phone over a month ago, given a delivery date of 09.12.2020. Today I find out you’ve delivered to the wrong address on 28.11.2020 and I’ve trying to explain to your tele reps since 9am this morning to no avail. worst customer experience ever experienced.

    @ThreeUK how have I decided to stay with the same company that has consistently been absolute ****, ordered a new iPhone 12, the address be input correctly... be told that if I call at 8am you can give me the tracking to chase it with the company.. then tell me I can’t have it

    @ThreeUK Two weeks into my contract and STILL only receiving a 3G signal in my area, after being told there was working going on which may cause temporary issues. I have seen many complaints from all over the UK on regards to this, where is the real @ThreeUKSupport 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport BN271QN Home broadband is your current Huawei box and I'm using a P30 pro. This has happened twice in the last week. Software reboot of the router does not fix. If in power it off and unplug for a time this seems to work and bring speed back up. So perhaps not a network issue?

    @ThreeUKSupport Also strange that the website claims esim support and provides setup information! The esim appears setup but my number is not allocated to the sim. Surely this can be sorted!
